Due to personal circumstances in my life, I express my desire to temporarily leave the 5th Fleet.
The reason for my departure is to continue my studies at West Point Academy for another year and a half: I have one final year of training with final tests that will qualify me as a full officer of the Liberty Fleet, which will allow me to further develop my career.
During the course of my training, I will be required to learn capital ship management, teamwork and leadership, which will spill over into crew management of ships of a given tonnage, as well as management of small and later large Liberty Fleet formations. This will be the finale of my training, after which I plan to return to the Fifth Fleet and continue my service with all that entails.
Also, I would like to inform you that I have nominated myself for some of our fleet awards. This will allow me to be an example in the eyes of my fellow soldiers and give them motivation to become part of our fleet to defend the internal sovereignty of the Republic. I have some acquaintances that are still undecided and maybe this will be the way to set them on the right path.
According to the regulations, I have to fill out all the necessary paperwork and hand it over to the officer in charge of me, as well as compile the report you are now reading.
I sincerely thank the officers of the Fifth Fleet for giving me the opportunity to prove myself as a member. My success at the Academy was high before I joined you, but now I can safely say that it will be even higher.

I bring to your attention that my period of training at West Point Academy has been completed, and I have received the appropriate advanced military education in the field of small and medium military command of the Liberty Fleet.
At this time, I have taken a two-month leave of absence from my training period to help my family relocate to the planet Manhattan in the New York system. My vacation will end in the January-month of next year, after which I will report to Battleship Missouri for further orders.
