Urgh. So because special RP is blocked until unknown amount of time and with a growing impression my special roleplay won't pass anyway, I have one, half a battleship. I don't know what to do with it.
I'd need a loan of 500M to change it. But thats not the important.
As some might of guessed, it is again concerning my character Isabelle Kaitlyn and the very problematic LNS Quebec Citadel, which resurrection has so far been a total failure.
Now comes the time for a final decision.
There aren't that many battleships to chose from...
Let me list those in which I am interested.
A LN Osiris:
The original special RP for the Citadel, which somehow I have less and less hope to believe it will work.
A LN Dreadnaught:
If worse come to worse... but I am tired of this old ship. I want some change. I know this one by heart now.
A RM Battleship:
Well... I like Rheinland cruiser. I wish their battleship was as epic... but isn't quite. I have RP idea behind it of course.... but not much original stuff.
A Zoner Juggernaught:
One sexy ship...
But seriously, I have no idea for a good interesting RP.
A Gallian Battleship:
It's pretty, looks professional. One of the only custom BS that look professional out there. I got RP idea for it, I am very tempted to try it out.
But is Gallia... a decent place at all?

The other question is, if I go out of Liberty, should I delete or keep Isabelle?
I do have an opinion, which is that I hope that where ever you hope to go to next does not involve Isabelle defecting again. Because, as history sets precedents, people who defect so many times with knowledge of each nation's military secrets and intelligence should have been killed by a car bomb/poison/pressure bomb in bed/professional hit ages ago...

I think you can guess which way I am going to lean on this but I fealt I should explain my reasons here.
Gallia is the only place in Sirrius where a revolution may occur, this is amazing material for RP. A place where things have gotten so bad for people that they have turned against their government and not only that but some are so loyal and faithful that they are willing to kill their own people, brother killing brother, sister killing sister, etc...
Gallia has a unique RP, it has been isolated for so long that anything could happen when any gallic faction encounters a sirrian. It is a place where you can start building RP from the ground up.
Now that I have stated everything you know already time to move on to what I rally think you want to know about, the players there and how fun they are to play with and the OORP-ness. In terms of the players those committed to RP are truly amazing. I have had many GRB/Council arguments about the validity of our respective causes that were simply great. They referenced historical events in Gallia and spoke of everything that was happening now as well, just great.
In terms of friendliness, after most battles I have had friendly OOC PM's, so thats good.
In terms of population, yes, it is less compared to other areas in the game, though it is starting to at least be able to rival Kusari in terms of average player population. Just today there were two GR cruisers and a bunch of fighters in Dauphine. I was even helping someone rep for an IDF character.
About the OORP ness. Yes it is there. Yes it is more than most places, other than liberty perhaps. Right now people who know enough about gallic RP and respect it are either playing a character there or dont visit there because their characters wouldnt be going there this early. We get a fair amount of traders who come in from sirrius and think it is perfectly fine to fly past big GRN battleships that in RP would be blowing them up. We stop them, give them an education and turn them around. Now that the population has been increasing as more and more want to try Gallia this is happening more regularly and I think the word will spread quickly.
As for Gallic players being OORP. I haven't seen too much of this personally. Like you I have heard about it on the forums but all of these occurrences that have happened so far are being ironed out like wrinkles, most are willing to listen to reason when it comes to varying opinions on Gallic RP as it is something new that we all have to adjust to and expand upon.
Honestly, I love Gallia, the relationships are so complex and everyone wants a little piece. It is somewhat like Kusari in terms of genearl atmosphere, except there is less hate, more factions that disagree work together and people are more persuadable.
Currently 3 out of my 10 chars, and 3 out of the 5 that I regularly play are Gallic. I am thinking about making more as well.
You should get a Rheinlandic ship. Why? Because there are lots of dumb Rheinland caps lately and it would be great if there were more smart people to set a good example. And who will RP things!
I'd just vote you wait. Flying the Osiris as the RP dictated she should sounded interesting and feasible. Just put it in cold storage and be patient, is my suggestion.
