Once you have your screenshot, 1st & foremost, make sure to resize it to 700x525 or smaller using whatever pic viewer you happen to have. (everyone has 'paint' at the very least) then post the pic to an outside site like photobucket or a similar site photobucket how-to

Alternately some hosting services such as photobucket offer the ability to link a thumbnail of the image to a larger version for forums.

after you take the screenshot, go to photobucket, when you upload it, it will automatically resize it for you.
