2. What exactly are you requesting?
1 HWDU-430 "Golem" ALG Heavy Mover to be added to the Junker Congress ID in line with how the .:j:.Voerde currently is. This would also require Congress unlocking the ALG Tech Cell.

The Junkers are a group of smugglers and black market traders who maintain a legal front through scrap peddling. They are rumored to deal with a lot of unlawful factions, but are enemies of the Xenos and the Hogosha.


This Independent Quasilegal official faction ID is used by members of the Junker Congress, who:


- Can attack Hogosha and Xenos.

- Can engage in piracy outside of Bretonia, Liberty, and Rheinland House Space.

- Cannot use Cruisers, Battleships, or ships with more than 4300 cargo space other than .:j:.Voerde.

4. Why is this request necessary for the continuation of this faction's roleplay?

As Congress is moving into the Industrial Sector, primarily PoB based construction and refining we are looking to continue improving relations with ALG. Ideally at some point I would like to get a permanent exception added for the Golem to the Congress ID but that is definitely a ways off yet.

5. What short-term and long-term goals are you planning to achieve on this Faction?

Short term: Utilizing the Golem we will be using it to inrp "safely" move Toxic Waste off our stations.
Long Term: While no houses yet have made any laws regarding its proper shipping. Given the recent economic overhaul and the newly made Toxic Waste market coming from PoBs I suspect at least one house, or possibly faction, will change their tune to how they treat Toxic Waste shipping in non-Toxic Waste specialized ships.

While this particular Rp is only a few days old, as previously mentioned in our last SRP request Congress has for years been working toward expanding our Large Transport Fleet.
