With the new POB mechanics these 2 things became more relevant again:
1. There was a time when connecting with 2 chars for gear transfers in Connecticut wasn't considered "cheating" in the "unwritten rules" or some other "green text" scattered throughout the forum. Is this still the case?
2. There was a time when it was against rules to have more than 99 "unstackable items" such as codename guns on one char, probably because of smuggling but maybe also because it corrupts chars or crashes the server or something. Is there a limit for "unstackable items" such as codename guns that will corrupt chars or harm the server?
1) Unsure what the answer is there. I imagine if it's a no from the rest of the team, someone may be able to log to help out anyways.
2) Combined value of all equipment and items on the character as far as I know.
Quantity doesn't matter, as long as the combined value isn't over the two billion limit.
With the market being divided by 100, should make it easier for armory and treasury characters to hold more stuff.

Stackable items is indeed an issue of character corruption. It causes issues when you actually log off with the excess items in your hold. 99 is set as a safe limit that shouldn't be exceeded, that's also why we had to immediately hotpatch when we had that recent issue with NPCs dropping multiple cruise disruptor launchers as loot.

You should probably make a flhook plugin to save the treasury chars that many people will be creating now.
Or at least an announcement to warn people, before the sieges start.
