Banner and some base pictures

I`m Ready to pay to the person, who is going to provide me with the following things :

A picture with the Hacker Spyglass in a nebula, a little abstract, you can put some effects to it.
A picture of Fort Leniex in Vespucci, Also with some effects.
A picture of Mactan Base in Magellan, with some effects
A picture of Laiden base in Galileo, with some effects.
Dont make the pictures of the bases too big, they must fit nicely in a forum post.
And last but not least, I need a banner. With the text these two lines :
1) [369th]
2) The Mist Fleet
The banner should have some dark purple colors, and maybe a fading out spyglass, our some sabres in the background. Its your choice.

Nothing fancy, I just dont want them to look like plain screenshots...
You can play with them how you want, brighter, darker...a bit sketchy..
One thing I would like to see, is round corners... I would like, if the pictures had round corners...
