Saving Game

Been away, for a couple of months. After the latest download, I'm able to play but once I save, there's no record meaning no game to load. What do I do?? Oh and all previous saved games are wiped out

I have read back on the forum for similar issues but being a complete ignorant when it comes to working around computers I have no idea on how to fix this issue

As far as I know, Discovery will not save singleplayer games since that could cause issues. The mod is mainly focused around the multiplayer. There, your progress will always be saved, so give it a try

Hi Frank,

If you play singleplayer, you need to have a copy of your singleplayer saves somewhere else. When you start Discovery, they are automatically deleted as MasterL said.

C:\Users\arcana\Documents\My Games\Freelancer\Accts\SinglePlayer - keep a save somewhere of this folder for Singleplayer

Also Restart.fl would cause CTD whenever you're going to start playing SP campain.

I did search for the above document but I came up with a blank - so how do I send the save game to this link

I have no provision to select multiplayer
There's also something else I've noticed the 'talking with others isn't shortened as it was when Discovery was introduced
