I'm surprised that we attracted a giant to our services so soon and I guarantee you we do not take privacy matters light, as such, we do not ask unnecessary questions or store data on any of our ships besides data critical to the contract and that's only on our CEO's system and that of my own.
On to business, I'd like to know the magnitude of the deliveries you'll need and the time limit so I can answer all of your questions truly. I can assure you that the commodities on your list are obtainable within a timely manner, the issue lies as to how much you need.
I suggest we start with something small and manageable. Would you be able to deliver 30,000 (Thirty-thousand) basic alloys and 30,000 (Thirty-thousand) units of water on a weekly basis for 1 (one) standard month. How much would your services cost for such an arrangement?
If we come to an acceptable arrangement, we can revisit in one month and potentially build on our deal.

Considering the amount of resources for 30 days you're asking, we'll be asking for a closed contract of 10.000.000 SC, half paid in advance and the other half paid in the end of the contract, considering prices of Water and Basic Alloys is at least 15 cr and 35 cr respectfully. If you agree, we may proceed to sign the contract and vessels bearing the FE| identification will begin delivering the goods after you designate the drop-off point.

I assume this delay may be because of our contract price and as so, we're willing to lower the contract fee down to 6 millions, however, we're asking for the price of Water to be 25 cr and the Basic Alloys 45 cr. Should you choose to accept our offer, you may transmit the payment to FE|-Bank and designate our drop location so we may start doing business.
Apologies for the delay on my end. I was preoccupied with a rather sordid and unsavory list of items to handle. But I shall spare you the unpleasant details.
In the mean time, what a wonderful update from your end. My-my, that's certainly an entrepreneurial way of doing business and securing long term prospects. Consider your proposal accepted. I've no doubt that the recent events have been picked up by now by most information brokers in the region and your business associates have informed you that the battle in Theta has extended to Delta now which precipitated my delay. Our station is now a direct target of Core and Outcast forces. I hope your legal team has done their proper due diligence and you have solid insurance and hazard pay on your transports given the spreading nature of this conflict.
Nevertheless, we are committed to uphold our end of the bargain.
