I was wondering what is the general opinion about gun ranges and refire rate is?
Is it better to have guns with all the same range or guns with all the same refire rate?

For snubs, the most important thing is speed. You want your guns to all be the same projectile speed or at least within 50ms of each other (good aimers can handle higher differentials than 50ms but it takes a fair bit of practice). After that, refire rate is more important -- range isn't much of a factor because in most snubfights you're not going to be hitting anything that's more than 200-or-so meters away anyhow, if you're 700 meters away from an HF there's next to no point in even shooting.
