[Infocards] Description of Sirius Credit Card not displaying the correct value

Type: Commodity Infocard Description
Bug: The Sirius Credit Card value description is associated with the old value of 100,000 SCs instead of the current item value of 1,000. (This probably applies for every other Sirius Credit Card in the game but I haven't checked)

This is blatant fraud.

Reproduction Steps:

• Step 1: Commit theft and murder by stealing an NPC's credit card
  
• Step 2: Get scammed
