We know each other, for a time. This is not our first meeting, and won't be our last.
Too long this bloodshed has lasted, too many lives, too many ships, too many widows and orphans. You always have been neutral and for that we respected you. We had mutual cooperation, and we lived in peace. And this last events are anything but welcomed, nevertheless some sectors made too much dirty and bloody money.
I would like to ask you, if the Med Force Academy could accommodate a meeting between parties from the system. The corsairs could bring any needed materials to make it more hospitable, and our representative crew will help you's in any matter needed in the station before, meanwhile, and after the event.
Porfavor, answer in time, lots of lives are hanging by a thread.

Now allow me to address you without any, pardon this lady, bullcrap. Be a little more precise.
Señor, I respect your neutrality towards Med Force and its personnel and stations as well as your enthusiasm for a peaceful solution and future prospects in such line. The Med Force Academy will always be open to those in need. We are however, a station with limited capacity and, as current situation implies, have to ensure we can accommodate a lot of casualties.
For this reason we are limiting our meeting accommodations for meetings to certain parties only.
Please elaborate which parties will attend this meeting as you are merely mentioning "Parties from the system" could imply anyone, not to mention all those claiming Omicron Theta as their sovereign space. As station director I welcome you yet I would like some more details before proceeding towards accommodation and clearance.

I do respect that fast answer, thank for it señorita Jill.
We have limited resources after this events, but we could give you a hand with accommodating allied or neutral casualties in need. We also are willingly open to bring spare medical resources to cure anyone who could fought for the cause, war is hell, and anyone who does not believe that, is because he did not live in one.
The main parties to attend the meeting are:
- Señor Jerard Voncloud, the planet Pygar administrator.
- New Covenant Church representative, Magister Yuri Orlov.
- MFE representative, señor Holiday.
- The brotherhood representative, señor Cesar.
The invitations are already being redacted for them and will be sent to they'r private network as soon as the meeting is ready. We will dispatch a small fleet with white lighting symbolizing the peace intentions, we expect the same from the diverse parties when arriving to the installations. Do you mind if we arrive before the other guests, and our crew helps yours to prepare everything?

Thank you for your swift reply. The Med Force Enterprises Academy is ready to welcome you and your party. As to accommodate both you and those invited please let us know of your date and time of arrival so we can ensure the docking ports are open and ample parking space is available. Also, our catering department would like to inquire on dietary issues regarding those invited. This helps the kitchen staff from making the hospital staff extra busy. Trust me, should anyone become ill the academy is the safest place one can be. Not that this ever happened of course, yet we rather be safe than sorry. Your crew is of course welcome to arrive early as to help our catering department prior to the event, yet be advised that the duty chef is in charge at all times.

The meeting is bound to happend in 3 days. Invitations will be sent in a few hours.
Our transport will depart in less than 12 hours and we will be arriving soon to help prepare it , there is much to talk and not much time before people start having real problems.
We do not need the fanciest rooms or the best beds, in the end, we come for work. Will bring some of our typical cuisine for the other guests to enjoy the meeting also.

As per instructions of my chief of security I would like to inform you of the following arrangements regarding the meeting:
Please see the Academy layout here. The meeting will be held at the top deck level C in section 9 and will be restricted to that level and those sections only. Accommodations have been arranged as well as security measures to ensure the safety of the guests. All attendees are required to leave their weapons at the security gate and no vessels are to remain parked on station. In other words, attendees are to be dropped off and vessels need to depart and park off-station.
Also, our security team is there for both your and our safety. For this we require a list of attendees to be sent to us maximum 12hrs prior to the event. Any attendees not on this list will be denied boarding to the station. You have mentioned your staff to join in preparations of the event. While this is welcomed you are restricted to five members only and as you mentioned your intend to provide food you are reminded that the preparation of food is only allowed under supervision of our culinary chiefs.
The team at the MFE academy is here to ensure your meeting goes according to your wishes. For your safety and ours we are strict on protocol and kindly accept you and your staff to abide by our rules.

I believe in our common respect and will to solve this conflict once and for all, for that, my crew and I are already moving to the Academy, unarmed and with stroboscopic white lights as signal of neutrality.
Do not worry, It will be me, two secretaries and a security guard. Im bringing also some Crete's wine "reserva de la rioja" and some food with recipes, yet to prepare for your chefs and kitchen for it, just as an act of sharing and good will. The names of all the guests are already sent with this message to your neural net.
