The Imperial Guard is demanding your attention.
In pursuit of avoiding catastrophes similar to those surrounding the ill-prepared Rheinland diplomatic corps a few weeks ago, the Imperial Guard in close cooperation with Naval Forces shipwrights and the Imperial Diet aims to finalize Project Reiwa.
This modified "Amaterasu"-class hull is meant to enter service as mainstay vessel of Kusari's diplomatic corps under protection of Imperial Guard assets. Due to Kure Shipyard's capability constraints - modernization efforts take priority after all - we are outsourcing the last phases to Kusari's best civilian shipwrights.
The drydocks of Yokohama and Yukawa are suited to service a hull of this size and we offer a stimulus of seven million credits to the Keiretsu able to free us drydock capabilities on immediate notice. Please keep in mind that all personnel assigned to the Project will have to sign a NDA and accept surveillance by KOI and KNI agents until Project Reiwa is finalized. A small team consisting of seven brilliant minds from Kure Shipyards will oversee the project's advancements. Material lists required for the next phase will be published once we have a confirmation on the drydock situation.

[size=small] Konnichiwa dear Ikeda Yamato.
We feel honored by the opportunity that now turns to Samura and Kishiro. On the part of Samura, we are available with all the resources to operate and execute the projects that your office will give us authorization, according to your word, to format , from the modified hull of the class "Amaterasu" in the Yokohama shipyard, and contribute to the completion of the Reiwa Project.
Preparation is also underway to accommodate Kure’s team of engineers and technicians with the pomp they deserve.
Therefore, we await the accompaniment of all legal proceedings for the beginning of the work, which Samura intends to elaborate according to the trust that the Emperor entrusted to us through this office.
Then I decide and sign below: Apply.
Sayonara.
Director Samura Heavy Industries and Commander of Transport,
Samura Heavy Industry underlines once more their dedication to the well-being and prosperity of the Empire. Such a swift arrangement of drydock space is a statement of Samura's sheer commitment and will not be forgotten.
Detailed arrangements regarding the NDAs will be discussed with Yokohama's administrative body directly on board of the Shipyard. The Empire thanks you, Director and wishes to inquire where the stimulus should be sent to.
In the meanwhile, the IKN-Reiwa will make its way to Yokohama Drydock 2 together with Kure's personnel. While this is not usually part of my business, Kure Shipwrights were so friendly to share the list of required materials and a rough compensation overview with me. I have the great pleasure to forward you the overview for Phase IV:
2.500x Bio-Neural Processors - 100 credits per standard unit
10.000x Unmarked Computerware - 140 credits per standard unit
5.000x Gold - 180 credits per standard unit
10.000x Fire Pearls - 20 credits per standard unit
2.500x Diamonds - 170 credits per standard unit
2.500x Xenobiotic Filters - 50 credits per standard unit
Estimated cost: 3.3 million credits
We will require proof of delivery to Yokohama Shipyard and a neural-net account to transfer funds to. These material deliveries are open to both Keiretsu and we expect Yokohama's staff to behave whilst handling any cargo shipped in by Kishiro vessels.
This is Hisako Kameya captaining the Shiraho Maru. In accordance with the contract, I have delivered the following materials stated below to Yokohama Shipyard:
Yokohama Shipyard, New Tokyo, House Kusari, 834 A.S
Imperial Prime Minister - Sanae Miyasu

As Oversight of Project Reiwa was passed directly to me upon request, I have the pleasure to handle these formalities here as well.
Senkaku Research and Development continues to establish itself as cornerstone in the modern structure of Samura Heavy Industries through its actions. You are doing your home proud with incredible efficiency, Kameya-san. I am grateful to know that the hard working Keiretsu employees out there like you are doing their part to ensure our beautiful house keeps growing. Payments have been issued.
All other interested Keiretsu subjects, please be made aware that as your Imperial Highness, I do not shun away from issuing financial stimuli on top of the issued contract details. We are well aware of the constraints placed upon you due to recent crises abroad and it is my desire to ensure your spared capacities to aid us in this Project are well rewarded. Sakai-san.
It is a great pleasure to hear of another proficient and professional Samura Heavy Industries employee acting swift and dedicated on helping out the Imperial Diet. The lack of similar enthusiasm forwarded by Kishiro Technologies employees is mildly saddening.
Regardless, the funds have been allocated to the designated neural-net account, Sakai-san.

Greetings, Imperial Prime Minister Miyasu Sanae.
This is Hidetoshi Sakai, captain of the Kiroshima Maru, repoting another successful shipment to Yokohama Shipyard. We appreciate your recent timely deposit into our corporate account, this has helped us procure further materials faster without delay.
We have managed to source the Unmarked Computerware from a Freelancer base in the Liberty sector, this was a long trip but one I know is worthwhile. We have also managed to find a supplier of Gold in Bretonian space, although this proved to be a costly purchase, albeit shorter than the Liberty trip.
Please see below shipping transaction records to confirm delivery of these valuable items:
From your recent statement of remaining inventory to source, I see that you are nearly in posession of all the required items for the project. Samura will continue to endavour to fulfill the remaining items, no matter how long the journey for these specialized goods may be.

Sakai-san.
You present yourself not just as dedicated but also extraordinarily resourceful for a Merchant Vessel Captain. The Computerware was inspected by experts and deemed vastly superior to what we would have expected any Keiretsu asset to obtain. While the payment has been issued, I believe you are more interested in other news.
Daily business will lead me to Shinjuku Station tomorrow and upon witnessing your outstanding services, I feel inclined to leave a personal letter of recommendation for a promotion during my stay on Shinjuku with Samura's HR department. The Empire generously rewards excellence and you are showcasing a lot of it. Potential such as yours should not be wasted.

Greetings, Imperial Prime Minister Miyasu Sanae.
I am most grateful for your recommendation of promotion, and positive feedback to the leadership of Samura. This is a great honour for myself and all the crew of the Kiroshima Maru, and one that will be proudly remembered. We are glad we could serve the Kusari empire in it's time of need.
The Kiroshima Maru has just returned from Gallic space, carrying the required shipment of Molybdenum and Bio-Neural Processors that are essential for this project. The journey was long, taking us through several rough pockets of asteroid fields and explosive nebula, but Samura ships are always designed for tough environments so this was not a challenge for my crew.
Please see below shipping transaction records to confirm delivery of these valuable items:
Molybdenum x 2,500 / Bio-Neural Processors x 2,500 - Proof of Delivery
Even after such a lengthy trip around Sirius, we are already making preperations for the final shipment of Copper and Diamonds from locations in near Liberty and Rheinland space, and will endavour to have these arriving at Yokohama Shipyard within the very near future, providing there are no unexpected complications.
