E\V/ RECRUITMENT CENTER

If you are genuinely interested in joining the Eclipse Vanguard, there are TWO ways:

The easiest and most recommendable way from us is, through our discord server, which has THREE important stages (categories).
When you arrive in our Discord, you will be assigned with Sigma (Guests) role for a brief time.
However, if you have applied in our recruitment for official membership, you can ping one of the Berserker role members in our discord.
After that, you will be given the proper role and then you will be able see the other part of our discord server.
- First Stage – Lower Moon – Which is fully visible to all members, including our Sigma (Guests) and Representative role members of our discord.
- Second Stage – Middle Moon – Only visible to members with Gamma roles (except some channels),
  plus Beta role members that are our official members, also able to see the whole Middle Moon stage.
- Third Stage – Upper Moon – Only visible to Alpha and Berserker role members. The most valuable section of our discord,
  that is made for the most valuable and loyal players in Eclipse Vanguard, so if you are promoted to any of those TWO roles,
  you’ve been chosen – so you should feel honored!
Copy and completely fill out our recruitment form, which includes several important questions, quite easy to answer and not time consuming. However, you must keep in mind that we usually coordinate in our official Discord server, which means… It is mandatory to have a Discord account.

My last organization was the Battlegroup Revenant where I held the rank of Major, which went through too many changes and was eventually disbanded by The Order High Command.
I'm trying to organize what's left of us against Nomad, but it's still not good.
Now that I see a new group of hope, resistance, and enterprise, Eclipse Vanguard, I know that the days of Go into hiding are over, The day has come to strike back at all our enemies, and that we will get the right leadership and direction.

Your name and age: Blue Haxton, 65

What is your story – A small character biography: He had a rather typical path to the Order - being a LSF Agent in the domestic security branch, he served Liberty and the politicians. He watched in horror however, as the warning signs were being ignored, and the Order framed by the political apparatus as terrorists. He joined the organization and never looked back, serving most of his career as part of the Osiris Class OCV-Ra crew, realizing that to match the extraordinary Alien threat, extraordinary measures, not shackled by the bureaucrats need to be taken.

The Ra has operated mostly away from the Omicrons - it was heavily involved in monitoring the Drake system, later the Alberta threat to be finally stationed in Kepler for the past five years. Critics say stranded, but the crew prefers the term "stationed".

He and the crew of the Ra were not indifferent to the rise of Thaan “Doom“ Naxxan, and when they heard of him forming the Eclipse Vanguard he and his fellow Order warriors and scientists have decided to apply to fly the banner of their orgsnization.

What made you interested and why do you want to join E\V/: Very cool leaders, I feel like I need to try to help them out after they helped me Smile

Your name and age: Theodore "Ted" Thompson, 50-ish, between time dilation, cryo sleep, and losing my own Birth License I'm not entirely sure how old I am or where I came from.

What is your story – A small character biography: Ted Thmpson was one of a trifecta of smugglers working in the Rat Pack. This smuggling cartel operated prolifically throughout the colonies until the Pack was caught and sentenced to a Rheinland Labor Prison which they eventually escaped from. Now known outlaws in the sector the Pack, Ted particularly, started running munitions and arms for the Order. Over time these supply runs eventually grew into full blockade running. As Ted aged his reputation within the Order aged with him. Until one particularly troublesome run. Following a shoot out on Freeport 5, and a leg wound that follows him to this day, Ted requested something less front line. With the universe, and no doubt Order command agreeing in a small part, Ted was assigned to a new task force. Adopting the moniker "Martini Marauders" this Task Force, lead by Ted began their overwatch of the Earhart system.

What made you interested and why do you want to join E\V/: Interested in helping this order faction grow

What you mostly do and what do you prefer in Freelancer: Mainly RP and NPC Missions. I can PvP but excel at becoming cannon fodder.

What is your story – A small character biography:
Cain Amadeus Andrews, born in the system Omicron Gamma at Planet Crete in the middle of March 15th 794 A.S. A son of the legendary Corsair pilot - Amadeus Andrews, also known as ”Del Diablo”, a pilot from the old Cretan pirate lineage. Unlike his father, Cain Andrews did not want to pirate or plunder, but to fight for a greater cause, with a much greater purpose in life. Throughout his life of traveling and exploring the Omicrons, reaching planet after planet and station after station, creating ties with the Zoners on Freeport 11 in Omicron Delta and heading far out to The Orders at Cairo Station in Omicron Zeta. With an important task, Captain Andrews went on a mission in Omicron Minor to explore one of the wrecks, which was very near to the devastated planet - Planet Toledo. In the middle of the mission, wandering and looking for the cursed wreck, he found himself ambushed and surrounded by Nomads. Fighting for his dear life and sending signal after signal to Cairo Station’s emergency system, he felt that he was abandoned, with his life slipping away from his grasp. Out of nowhere, a strong signal appeared on his scanning radar and the communicating systems opened:
“This is captain Cortana Naxxan of vessel E\V/-OCV-Hermes , daughter of Admiral Naxxan of the Eclipse Vanguard. We have received your distress signal and we are closing onto your vessel, our weapons are loaded and ready to fire! Turn around and fly towards our vessel, we will clear your six!”
Captain Andrews happily agreed, he turned towards Hermes and in matter of seconds, the enemy was reduced to ashes. Afterwards Captain Cortana helped him with his mission and then she escorted him towards Taba Station located in Omicron Mu for repairing of his vessel. Several days later - Captain Andrews was recruited in the Eclipse Vanguard

What you mostly do and what do you prefer in Freelancer:
PvP, competitive events, raids.

Your name and age: Rachel Sears, 35

What is your story – A small character biography: Born and raised in the Omicrons to parents within The Order itself, Rachel has lived a life of turmoil and struggle. With The Nomad War ending while she was still young, Rachel originally pursued training for a more logistical role within the organisation once she was old enough. At age 19 the destruction of Toledo changed this, claiming the lives of her parents. Fortunately she was able to be relocated to Akabat along with many of the other survivors where she pivoted towards a more active and aggressive role in The Order's ranks, both to fill the gap left by the faction's recent losses and to honour the memory of her parents.

Initial evaluation showed her to be unsuited for the role of fighter pilot and so she ended up crewing larger vessels, using some of her earlier and more logistically minded training to assist with navigations where she excelled. Between voyages she studied and trained hard, still desiring a more direct role on the fight for humanity, and did succeed in qualifying where she initially failed, if only barely. With this it remained clear that her real strength was with capital class vessels and so she persisted there, climbing the ranks and eventually being considered capable enough to take on command of a "Resheph" Cruiser herself.

Now, with the ability to pursue her own path within the Order, she seeks to join the Eclipse Vanguard after participating in an open operation with their precursor, Battlegroup Revenant.

What made you interested and why do you want to join E\V/: I love The Order. They were my first Official Faction back in ye yonder times and that sort of thing doesn't leave you. I also hate aliens. Gosh darn, I hate aliens. They're the worst, absolutely terrible creatures. Punching aliens is the only noble goal in life worth pursuing. Oh, yeah, that and I had a lot of fun in the first event vs The Wild with you guys.

What you mostly do and what do you prefer in Freelancer: Outside of punching aliens? I actually like mining and such but I'm doin' that elsewhere.
