...Seeing as this is in the computer lab at a college, you can see how this might be bad.
Let me list the things that are now effed up:
Desktop background changed to screenshot of my desktop - FIXED
Icons hidden God-knows-where - FIXED
Color scheme changed to Classic High Contrast - FIXED
Keyboard locked out - FIXED
Mouse screwed with (pointer trails, swapped buttons) - FIXED
There might be more, but these are what I need help with.
The PROBLEM is that HijackThis didn't find anything out of the ordinary, nor did MalwareBytes or McAfee.
So, yeah, any help would be nice. The keyboard is my main issue, really. It appears that it's been disabled between the actual keyboard and windows, because I can't even use capslock to change the light.
All of this only affects my main account, I'm using the Administrator account to write this
EDIT: Keyboard fixed...Someone turned on Filterkeys, Stickeykeys, and Mousekeys.
EDIT AGAIN: Okay, got it all back to normal...but my mouse keeps snagging.

I found that, for the icons, they just right-clicked and unchecked "show icons"
