Dear Ms. Xi,

The extraction operation of water from the Palau Ice Field is getting better with each passing day. I've assigned a team to move a hefty amount of water we've recently extracted to MFE Academy. The convoy consisted of two Barges and two Hegemons.

A total of 79,695 units of water has been delivered. At first, there were some polemics about whether the Academy would be able to receive such a high amount, but in the end, everything was in order.
