Kishiro Technologies have secured a lucrative contract with Bretonian authorities, focusing on revitalizing their network's reduced sensor capabilities. While many see this initiative as a step in the right direction for normalizing strained relations between the Houses, others have grown increasingly concerned about the new power imbalance in the region. With steadily increasing traffic through the main avenues of commerce and and aura of secrecy about the initiative, it is difficult for opposing groups to resist this technological exchange. And the publicly acclaimed optronic deliveries are but an insignificant part of a much larger secret project, involving substantial developments of Bretonian jump capabilities, with expert Kusari oversight. Based on the little that Bretonian criminal elements have been able to ascertain, the project is still at its R&D stage, without an immediate strategic threat. But this is about to change.

With R&D efforts on Portsmouth reaching their final, critical stages, the last component of the structure is ready for delivery. Known by many of the researchers and specialists by various names, including humorous attempts at cross-cultural cuisine, this component in necessary for live testing of the infrastructure. Without it, the various interlocking components of the devices are so much inert metal, with only their potential differentiating them from the scrapyard. But these last items, for all their importance, have one major flaw - they cannot be hidden among civilian cargo to slowly trickle in undetected.

In order to ensure the safe passage through the relatively limited danger zones, the governments of Bretonia and Kusari have announced an unprecedented counter-terrorism efforts in the area. While many civilians are happy to see the soon-to-be reduced rates of insurance for the passage, unlawful elements of both Houses know - something big is about to come through. And if the House forces want to keep them down, they will be bled sufficiently to be forced to stay down alongside their enemies. Pilots incentivized to fly patrols through the developed Tau regions will find it a more difficult route from the months prior, and many will not return to their bases of operations - not without scars and claims of glory.

Bounties:

• Bretonia & Kusari forces and Crayter will earn a 500,000 SC bounty against Gaians, Mollys, Blood Dragons, GC, and Outcasts, with the reverse bounty in place as well
  
• Killing players will earn points towards your side of the conflict, which will determine the strength of the convoy and its attackers
  
• All points can only be scored in event systems
  

• Bretonia & Kusari forces and Crayter will earn a 500 SC bounty against Gaian, Molly, Blood Dragon, GC, and Outcast NPCs, with the reverse bounty in place as well
  
• Killing NPCs will earn points towards your side of the conflict, though not as many as player kills
  
• NPCs in event systems provide a 4x bounty bonus
  
• Throughout the week, various NPC battlegroups will be spawned in at various event locations that will be worth extra points if successfully taken down. These groups will be active for one hour after spawning in.

• All event IDs now have ZOI in Tau-29 and Tau-31
  
• BAF and KNF can no longer attack combat ships of each other's House
  

Rewards:

• at least 5 player kills or 250 NPC kills: Manhunter / Freedom Fighter / Oni no Buki
  
• at least 20 player kills or 1000 NPC kills: Apex Predator / Pickaxer / Jinmetsu

• 1st: any four capital codenames
  
• 2nd: any four fighter codenames
  
• 3rd: fully outfitted kusari or bretonian lawful or unlawful ship

(Each spot can be claimed once for each leaderboard. Ties both get rewarded. Lower tier rewards can be selected instead. Codes must be obtainable or craftable to be claimed.)

No worries the code wizard has made it possible for the plugin to track them.

Ok, it seems like the npc part of the config did not actually work as advertised, so we're scrapping that in favor of only player vs player points.
The NPC bonuses in event systems are still doubled, and we will still do the custom NPC spawns that will be worth points.

Any plans for reduced respawn timers in the event systems? Or perhaps a free respawn event to close things off at the end?


Edit: And any idea where Crayter is in all this? They were pretty present in the Tau's weren't they?
