Additional Information: It appears that NPCs docking on Pilgrim solars, or at the very least Liner Hausbruch in Hamburg, are unable to finish the maneuver as the doors do not open for them. Leads to pileups like this. I have also observed the two freighters pictured here attempt to dock at the same time, bumping one another out of alignment then faceplanting into the bay doors side by side.
