Missing Characters?

Hello all.

I know how many times this questions gets addressed but I havent played for what I thought was for a month because I was avoiding some of the problems the new updater was giving me and yesterday I came back on, got the new patch but alas my characters had all gone.

Has there been a player wipe or any character corruption or have i been off just too long and are the characters and hard earned cash gone forever?

For anyone who knows me my players were

Virus101 Corsair
Harpoon Transport
Doc_Brown Freelancer
Jerico Dragon

My co-pilot who sits in the same room as me also has the same request.
