Firstly, I'd like to add an ooRP note regarding Task Force Akhetaten.
Task Force Akhetaten is an application-based division of the Liberty Navy 46th Fleet, membership of which does not require being a member of 46th beforehand.
Already established members of 46th may apply to the task force without a character by simply contacting me, and provided they are to be trusted, access to all of TFA's extensive shared fleet will be granted to them to log. The issue of such TFA members not having their own characters to roleplay on said ships is solved by introducing a set few characters per each shared ship, all of which are roleplay-able by whichever player is on the ship at the current time. Of course, existing members of 46th who wish to enter TFA "officially" and have their own characters in the task force must go through the applications process like everyone else.
Non-members of the 46th Fleet may apply to the task force with their characters. It is strongly advised to apply with a character that has lawful background - characters such as Navy officers or LSF agents (ex or not) fit the best - but all applications, even those featuring characters of different backgrounds, will be responded to on a case-by-case basis.
While the applications posted for Task Force Akhetaten are only accepted or denied by me (@Tenshi), the rest of 46th's High Command is often consulted in cases where it's necessary. With Task Force Akhetaten now having their own, Akhetaten-based, ID lines which grant all TFA- tagged cruisers and below a ZOI increase on the system in which the Akhetaten is in, the way applications are replied to will be effected.
Suffice it to say, the responsibility I am now holding over what TFA- tagged people do is as high as ever.

Aspiring officers who wish to take their chances in joining the task force are required to complete a formal application. Officers of the Navy, Police, or agents of the Security Force - be it currently, or in the past - that have shown outstanding loyalty to the Republic through their effective and productive service make up the bulk of valid applicants to the task force. Officers not included in the above categories may still apply by filing the below application.

With this being more of a formality, and most of my past being well documented by both the 5th and 46th fleet respectively, I'll try to keep this somewhat compact.
As stated, I was born on Planet Pittsburgh as the daughter of two logistic officers. I've formed a sense of admiration for the local law enforcement rather early into my life, knowing that I wouldn't want to continue the family tradition. Valeria Filch, another aspiring recruit convinced me to enlist for the 5th fleet upon getting my first ever taste of West Point's beautiful recycled air. I did quickly complete basic training and gather experience within the fleet, climbing ranks as I went. The entire process went by rather quickly, given the rising tensions between Gallia and Bretonia. Upon being assigned the rank of Captain I was entrusted with the freshly comissioned Essex, an "Atlantis"-class strikecarrier. This was just before the Gallic war broke out, causing admirality to send the battlegroup under my control directly into Bretonian territory to provide support for supply shipments and military convoys.
My personal bomber was hit directly by a Nova Torpedo during the battle of New London, resulting in months spent on Juneau to get me back into shape. My love for the fleet had been just as strong as it used to be when I enlisted all those years ago, but my view on the war had changed. Going from a passionate, hot headed captain to one that thinks not just twice, but even more times about each engagement was quite the journey, and not exactly an easy one. Given my physical state it was decided that the Essex and thus my crew and I would be sent to guard the Supergate within Omicron Nu. I saw the need for a change after spending roughly a full year away from home, which got me to message (at this point in time) Rear Admiral Maria Uhmen of the 46th fleet. Contrary to what I expected, I was greeted with more than just open arms, quickly initiating my transfer to another fleet.
Quite a few months passed without any major incident, leaving me to gather more experience as the captain of Strikecarrier Essex as well as complete a few more qualifications on West Point Academy. Last but not least, it was down to an intense engagement that sparked a conversation regarding Task Force Akhetaten between Uhmen and myself.

The Commodore had already spoken to me regarding your upcoming application, so it's quite difficult for me to act surprised. It seemed to me that he wasn't quite sure if I'd accept and allow you to join, a fact that surprised me.
Less than four months ago I accepted your lateral transfer over to the Forty-Sixth from the Fifth Fleet. The Essex have proven to be valuable assets to the Forty-Sixth and the combat effectiveness of the Essex as a forward operating base is unmatched, even by vessels such as the Akhetaten. Of course, a ship is as good as the officer in command of it, and you are a shining example of a captain capable of seeing any objective through.

Biography: Descendant of Maltese settlers in fifth generation making their way into Rheinland, Chiavallati spent most of her time on Stuttgart and briefly on New Berlin, during university years and later enterning internship at Daumann Heavy Constructions as assistant engineer. Civil war and unwillingness of dealing with wartime economic upheaval prompted her to move to Nauru and seek employment in the APM with a short-lived contract in Polaris Advanced Engineering, a recently dissoluted subdivision startup. Used to be in employment of The Core in the rank of Templar, Polaris Incorporated and AP Manufacturing as chief of logistics. Living several years off accumulated fortune before moving to Liberty and enlisting in local naval forces, she'd ended up seeing more combat than actual logistics and office work, Chiavallati eventually got to helm the project of restoring an Arbiter class dreadnought, following a surrender of one such ship with it's crew dealt with and the ship scheduled for scrapping. Luisa instead pushed for it's repairs and fleet integration. A work now complete, her christened New Jersey and Chiavallati approved as it's CO, ship itself integrated into the 46th Fleet, Luisa standing in the helm of the rebuilt ship. Recend administrative shift prompted captain to make a transfer request to the task force the ship under her command belongs to.

Biography
Born on Planet Honshu, I initially began following my parents' roles and learning the business of finance. Spy films always enamored me and piqued my interest. Eventually, I began to pursue my own goal, and attempted to join the Liberty Security Force. At the time, entrants were strictly few and far between, and being turned away, I turned to the Liberty Navy. Eventually I would work my way up from fighter pilot to officer school. Within the 5th Fleet, I was recruited by their then ONI Department and worked closely with R&D to develop new weaponry and conduct operations.
One now de-classified operation was an infiltration mission within the Coalition during the height of their combat incursions into Liberty during the Gallic War. During this operation I had successfully infiltrated the Coalition Forces in their outermost bases and gathered valuable information and intelligence. However, Coalition counter-intelligence eventually caught wind of me, now known by a sympathizer who has since been arrested, and was gravely injured during my escape.
Picked up by 5th Fleet Expeditionary Forces in Bretonia, I was relocated home. Eventually I required a full cybernetic replacement of my body. While initially it was a rather scary prospect, I was refitted with a body with military-grade upgrades, some of which remain classified. You will note my weight, I assure you, this is the mechanical weight of my body from it's construction and armor, I swear I'm as light as I can be. Further details can be retrieved from Admiral Prower of the 5th Fleet. I would eventually end my active career as a Captain. At the recommendation of Rear Admiral Prower, I'm now submitting my application to return to active duty as apart of Task Force Akhetaten.

While I didn't have any plans to transfer personnel over from other fleets, both you and Captain Mikai show an interest that I couldn't - and cannot - cannot ignore. Your qualifications, combat training and background are impressive - to say the least. The very brief view I was provided of specific operations you've taken part of left me speechless, and I'd even dare question why the Fifth Fleet would allow such an aspiring officer to retire.
I won't lie to you, Captain, it'd be a sin to deny someone that appears to be as capable as you, but I do not yet fully trust your abilities. If everything you claim - and everything that is documented on you - is true, then I cannot wrap my head around your retirement or even your return to active career. If there is anything you are hiding, Captain, I highly suggest letting me know in your earliest convenience.
I have high regards for Rear Admiral Prower; I'll never be able to repay the help she provided with Project: Akhetaten when it was most needed. Picture your standard superhero cop from ancient Earth's american action police movies - that's Mister Wolf in the flesh. A street-wise Hercules who could lift a small building with his bare hands if he was given the script and the props. Yet when one would come to know the man behind the hulking physique, they would find a person who is not up to much conversation. Many attribute it to his "speech impediment", when in reality, Mister Wolf just sees no point in short talk or topical distractions, not out of a feeling of mental superiority, however, but out of laziness.
Swiftly after becoming of age, Wolf signed up for the Navy to do his round of military service. Extensive army training helped temper his already boisterous physique, yet he never opted to chase the military career. Being born to a family of Pittsburgh miners, the Rogue raids were a common occurrence around his homeworld, and thus Andrew Wolf enlisted into LPI as an enforcer.
However, under mysterious circumstances, Officer Wolf had opted to part ways with Police force. Did he so involuntarily, it was evident as such to all the many kindred spirits that he would come to befriend during his service, though officially he was classified as "retired". Was it his dissatisfaction with the High Command or a shadow benefactor that tipped the corrupt force into not offering poor Andrew his due promotion to a Commanding Officer - nobody and nothing held to that memory, not even ink.
In early 820s, he was found to be working a mercenary job under an alias of "Andrei Volkov". Mimicking the coalitioner accent allowed him to gain trust of local Zoners who looked for security detail for their supply routes to Freeport Five. At the time, he was once put together with Tricia Reyes and Jeffrey Asterius - two former Bretonian Armed Forces officers who now shared a fate not too different from Andrew's. The provisions convoy that the three were assigned to would come under a plundering ambush of Corsairs in Omega Five system, yet the three guards worked in unison, successfully securing an escape route for the hauler. Later, Reyes, Asterius and Wolf would keep their battle-hardened alliance, attracting even more folk into their group.
From that point on, Mister Wolf's story is not much different than that of Rear Admiral Asterius. He would serve as Umbra's Gunnery Chief, from her humble beginnings to her exodus into Liberty. Recent years in the fleet have helped him find his place serving Liberty, as he once swore, yet ever since coming home, staying at Umbra's front artillery was becoming less and less of an option for him. While his artillery handling talents are tough to match, many-a-tours aboard the Agincourt as her Executive Officer have shown his true finesse when he's in charge of a crew. As he may not make a brilliant tactician as same as Rear Admiral Asterius, his strategy is to upkeep the crew morale and inspire them to persevere through impossible odds through his sheer charisma and mental strength.

Your qualifications, skill-set, and your background are impressive, to say the least. I believe your time aboard the Umbra as her chief gunnery officer speaks for itself in regards to your experience. Now while I don't particularly know about the inside-outs of the Agincourt, I do believe I'd have been informed in some way or another if your performance as her executive officer was sub-optimal.

Lieutenant Junior Grade Amelia Lafayette is the eldest of Christopher and Helen Lafayette's two children. Coming from a privileged background, Lafayette's choice to enlist in the Navy at eighteen came as a surprise to friends and family, with many expecting her to finish her time at college to earn her degree and enter into the corporate sector as her parents wanted for her.
While this officer might suspect that Lafayette's decision to enlist in the Navy at a young age was influenced by turbulent family dynamics, the exact nature or reason why she enlisted is not within the scope of this report. (For further details, see attached psychological evaluation #AL-23850981.) However, Lafayette's dedication to her studies at West Point Academy quickly marked her as one to watch in the eyes of some of her instructors. Her high grades and unwavering commitment to her academic pursuits were clearly evident; the only area of her time at West Point that drew criticism from instructors was the physical aspects of her training.
Despite these shortcomings, her high scores on theoretical exams, her ability to think quickly under pressure and solid displays of leadership in simulated battles had left some of her instructors under the impression that she would soon be on the path to commanding a vessel of her own. Lafayette's first posting was aboard the LNS Astoria, an Archer class cruiser, where she served as a gunner.
Three years into her posting aboard the Astoria, the Archer class cruiser engaged with a Rogue Scylla. (See attached after action report #AAR-ASTORIA-14/08/823.) During this engagement, the Astoria came under heavy fire, and the gunnery chief, Lieutenant Byrd suffered severe wounds in action. Lafayette was quick to step up, take charge, and keep what remained of the gunnery section on task, which allowed the Astoria to remain in the fight and ultimately persevere through the remainder of the engagement. Her commanding officer, Captain Burke recommended Lafayette for promotion and commendation in recognition of her actions during the incident, and Lafayette subsequentially took over as the acting gunnery chief aboard the Astoria after Lieutenant Byrd was declared unfit for continued service due to the injuries they sustained in the battle.
Towards the end of her third tour with the Astoria, the LNS Roseburg, a Defiant class gunship, had entered the final stages of construction and would soon require a crew and a commander. Captain Burke of the Astoria was aware of this. He formally recommended Lafayette for the position of commanding officer, citing her spotless record, calm and polite manner, courage under fire, and all-around valour as qualities that made her an ideal candidate for the position.
After conducting an extensive background check and interviewing crew members aboard the Astoria, this officer can confidently say they found no valid reasons to disagree with Captain Burke's assessment and recommendation. This officer fully supports the Captain's recommendation and echoes his belief that Lieutenant Junior Grade Lafayette is the most suitable candidate for the open command position aboard the Roseburg. Therefore, this officer recommends that CENTCOM promote Lafayette to the rank of Lieutenant and assign her command of the Roseburg.
