The Artemis Class Scanner Drone is avery sophisticated device.This drone can be operated fully by remote human controller. The drone can upload tasks from the main Artemis server, as long as the operator is within range. Tasks can also be recorded via Black Box.After the recording is complete,a retrieval vessel is sent to recover the Black Box. ALL data is secured into the Artemis Classified Database.

The Artemis Alliance Scanner Drone is a very complex piece of machinery. And is a fully functional Intel drone. Apart from the Controller, who makes the drone fly, It is able to identify targets as hostile or friendly. The drone will initiate contact through its PRIMUS protocol. Which is a set of programmed responses or greetings that the controller controls. As an employee of the Artemis Alliance, all drones are key code accessed, and have their own unique serial number, which has been encrypted and triple hardened to be unidentifiable to any scan initiated by another vessel. This means the true identity of the origin of the drone is concealed and cannot be penetrated by another vessels scanner. Each drone can be reprogrammed at any time due to its capability to house a protocol brain box which is semi intelligent, which means the controller has to initiate some of the drones functions. As you are aware being an employee of the Alliance, we always make sure you know how to conduct yourself while operating these machines. Extensive upgrades will be constantly added to the hardware, and will make the drones much more complex and hopefully give them more range to carry out extensive sorties, wherever they are. Updates on the continued effort to make these drones more functional will be placed within this document, and we hope that everyone is brought up to speed on how to make the most of these drones
