Regarding Caliban
We have reached a decision to maintain our associations with Caliban, as he has continued to be a useful asset to our efforts - warts and all. We have taken efforts to follow up with the allegations that you have forwarded, but it seems that what could be verified is still workable and does not hinder his ability to suit our needs.
Out of respect for all that you have done for us during the civil war, I bear you no ill will - While I would prefer that the relations to follow are amicable or even cooperative, should your organization follow through with the ultimatum given to us regarding Caliban, we are prepared to defend ourselves and our operational interests.
Kai Siegfried, Director Büro des Marinenachrichtendienstes
Odd. Despite his associations and likelihood of endangering many people, a bare resemblance of a person - who does not know what he is doing, has no experience nor skill in engineering -- and you would rather... host him? Despite the dangers he represents through his recklessness? I would urge you to scan his vessel sometime, for he hosts a corrupted Gammu unit from the Core's subjugation. Oh, you'll find out how nasty of a virus they'll release out from their torment of attempted shackling. He does not have it under control.
Though. It is a odd choice for sure to keep him that close to you. And I do truly hope that you realise how grave of a mistake it is to let him manipulate you? You may think he is your asset, but he is doing it all in the name of a larger scheme. And his little Nomad friend in his mind will make sure of it.
If you wish to keep him employed, so be it, but I take no issue with you or your people - I cannot echo the same sentiment for everyone in my leagues. Caliban is a threat to be eliminated. And if he happens to be within the company of the Buro, well, it is nothing personal my dear friend. We simply cannot allow him to permit the expansion of the Nomad's control. I hope you understand how dire things are.
Ah well, in any case.
Business aside. I do have a few things to show you, and I think this warrants me paying you a visit to give you a fair warning about the political scenario that may change in your neighbourhood. I think it would be of interest for you to be informed about some of the on-goings in the Liberty-Kusari border.

Seasons Greetings
Happy Armistice day to you - as it would be quite inappropriate for the festive season to be gunned down in the slightly inebriated effort to spread the holiday cheer, I have informed the Detachment to expect you and exercise the appropriate restraint.
I had an amusing chat with the Captain of the Bifrost regarding you - I will have you know that I am only in my early seventies.
Kai Siegfried, Director Büro des Marinenachrichtendienstes
I tried leaving a package for you but I suspect it may have been decimated. As well as have my legs. Happy days. Your colleagues did not get the memo in time, but I barely managed to convince them to infact not shoot me in the head after their -- hmmm... I would rate their interrogation tactics to be weak. A little barter and exchange of intel convinced them that my appearance was genuine.
I'm fortunate that they noticed I previously had security clearance. And fortunately for them, I was holding back. Truthfully, I would have snapped their necks if it were anyone else. I wouldn't want to have angered you in what seemed to be a... simple misunderstanding.
Oh, I can take a beating, do not worry about me. Working under that previous assumption that they have destroyed the package, I have obtained another one.
Pfffsch, only seventy years young? You're very perky. I had thought you were Fourty-Three.
Maybe see you soon. This time, I'd like to keep my legs, please. I can only inject so much morphine.
