With that out of the way I wish to submit for your approval permission to enter your Union for the purpose of transporting passengers to Planet Blois in the Orleanais System. Indeed we are a new vessel however we serve a old way of life and that is the passage of traveller's.
I have been inundated with daily charter requests to The Gallic Union from the rich and influential across the Sirius Sector since our vessels Christening whom of which wish to travel in luxury to your great union and so after much consideration I ask you for this permit as I believe it would be of ongoing benefit in commerce to myself and your nation in this regard and perhaps more.

1. Passengers travelling to The Gallic Union will not be allowed to purchase tickets to board our vessel without proof of per-approval from your border services.
2. We will self impose strict traversement of your territory via any outlined tradelanes and or systems and directed routes. Exceptions only in emergency situations such as Distress Calls, Medical Emergency's, Hostile Aggression, Unforeseen Threats, Mechanical Failure with risk to life.
3. Defence Suite to be deselected and run in powered down mode inside The Gallic Union unless we are engaged in defensive action.
4. Live Bands and Entertainment are not rated as regular crew and will be responsible for their own individual filings and process's of approval with your government.

While the origins of your ship are less than ideal, the Gallic Union has a fairly decent working relationship with Orbital, so you are being approved for access in relation to the conveyance of passengers in and out of Gallia. I will note here that while you ship will be allowed to travel through our space, we will not allow your ship to travel with passengers originating from Bretonia or Kusari.
