Marshall? The Marshall I know is a piece of wreckage around Veracruz. I've not been with the the Insurgency. Can't do this job being wanted by the authorities.

So I don't know what kind of goodwill you're trying to appeal to. We've not encountered many Gaians recently but advise captains to be on alert. Taking money from Gaians for Bristol's most high profile project ever is probably not a great idea.
