Overview

With the recent increase of hostilities within the Omega-41 system, we must begin operations to drive back the intruders. Our main targets are the Red Hessians, which have opened a new front in the system. With the collapse of the Omega-11 jump hole, their presence was expected to become negligible, but in fact the reverse is proving to be true. It may very well mean they managed to establish a foothold in the system, which is unacceptable.

Even more, Leon's patrols report swarms of unidentified vessels running rampant throughout Omega-41, shooting on sight any ship they run across. A dangerous new development which must be answered in force.

Due to the lack of an adequate response of the major Corsair factions towards the increasing threats within Omega-41, the Black Sails must take on this vital mission in order to ensure military control over the system. A plague spreading too close to Crete itself must be neutralized without delay.

Combat Area & Disposition

• Corsairs will start near Leon Base.
  
• Coalition and Red Hessians will start near Battleship Zuschen
  
• The Wild will gather in sector F4.
  
• Combat will take place in Sector B4 top right corner.

Objectives

• Standard groupfight: destroy all opponent's forces.

Rules

• Only Fighters, Bombers and Freighters are allowed in this event.
  
• Allowed IDs: Corsairs, Coalition, Red Hessians and Rheinland Wild.
  
• Only Corsair ships are allowed for the Corsair side.
  
• The event starts once forces are engaged in the designated combat area.
  
• Only registered ships may take place in the event.
  
• No combat-docking.
  
• No respawning.
  
• No sun-diving or planet diving.
  
• No restocking.
  
• The event ends when all ships from either side have been eliminated.
