Allow me to introduce myself. I am Jonathan Cayran, a representative of the Phoenix organization. While our groups may not have formally collaborated in the past, we share a mutual commitment to independence and self-reliance, values we hold in the highest regard.

We wish to extend our congratulations on the successful construction and commissioning of Cyprus Station in Inverness. It stands as a testament to your resourcefulness and dedication.

Our organization is actively engaged in iridium mining and trade within the Inverness system. On our return routes, we frequently transport copper to the Omicron sector to meet local demands. However, we have encountered an inconsistency regarding access permissions to your station. While vessels bearing the Zoner flag have no issues, certain ships under our banner, particularly those displaying a militant insignia, appear to be denied docking rights.

This militant flag symbolizes the fierce independence of some among us, who have chosen to confront external threats, particularly the expansionist ambitions of the Corsairs, either through firm diplomacy or, when necessary, by force. We hope this context provides clarity on their intentions and their alignment with our shared ideals.

In the spirit of mutual benefit, we kindly request that docking access for all our vessels be granted. In return, we would be pleased to offer regular supplies to Cyprus Station during our transit through Inverness.
