public PoB pinned items in darkstat

• @Alex. (Adding forum interface for pob account configuration and exposing info via API)
  
• and me for darkstat related stuff
  

I am happy to present you ability to observe public PoB pinned shop items via darkstat of a release v1.47.0

Feature list:

• New Tab "PoBs" to see pinned items of publicly observable pobs (Requires toggling this feature on by base owner!) Amount of data depends on amount of turned on things in pob account (This tab is updated like every 5-15 minutes)
  
• All tabs are enhanced with ability to show if item can be bought from pob (Updates are only 2 times per day)
  
• New tab "PoB goods" for search by shop items more easily
  

How to turn this feature on for your own PoB base?

• login to base, /base login base_password
  
• /base setpublic public <master password>
  
• then go to Forum PoB account manager
  • login to your base, and toggle all things you wish to show about your base to darkstat.
    
  • Within 15 minutes information will appear in "PoBs" tab, and within day will propagate to other tabs.
    
• Declare some ship items to be visible in darkstat by one out of two methods below:
  • set more shop items to be pinned via /shop pin item-index. Than more are pinned, then more are visible.
    
  • or set some shop items to be just public without usage of pinned feature by commands: /shop public item-index and /shop private item-index. (This option should be available from next restart at or after 05.01.25 )

Those top two entries are ships for sale at my pob, an akhe for 75m and a longhorn for 12m but it does not show their names, and when you click them it shows the infocard for deployable mining container lol

@Culbrelai Addressed the issue, ships are visible ^_^, and also added Navmap coords and Region to the tab for happiness in addition.
