Additional Information: The Sirius Coalition NPC faction has no friendly reps and all sorts of wacky empathies. They could probably use a look-over.

It looks like a good starting point to me, but ultimately it's up to story to figure out what reps are appropriate. I'm just fairly confident they're not meant to have no positive reps or empathies to begin with.
