While the ship itself is in a severely deteriorated state, we have discovered a significant amount of cutting-edge Kusari technology in full operational condition within its structure.

The ship was discovered and towed to Kyoto by the Chrysanthemum Sisterhood. They have agreed to share all of its secrets with us, provided we succeed in restoring it to combat-ready condition. To this end, we will certainly require your aid as our men lack the tools and knowledge to get the ship fully operational.

With the current aggression of the Naval Forces in Tohoku and Mu, my sensei believes this is a great opportunity for us not only to find the weak points on this ship to better tackle the enemy, but also open the possibility to reverse engineer the ship and upgrade our own.

Given the ongoing assault in Zeta our options to assist you are currently somewhat limited, but I believe we can use this drastic situation to our advantage to repay you for your assistance. Currently Cairo station is being evacuated with most of the personel and materials going to Taba station before being shipped further to other Order stations in Omicron Mu. We will shuttle some extra staff to Fort Carthage, freeing up some of our overseers and engineers, if you can spare a ship to pick them up we can assign them to assist your operatives in restoring the vessel and uncovering its secrets. Once the evacuations have completed and the Nomad momentum stalled we can look into providing supplies as well if needed.
