This is the Headmaster of the True Sons of Kusari, I am in charge of this group of Blood Dragons working in Kusari space. I used to be a member of the Kusari Government and know of your group. I have seen what Samura and Hogosha, it upsets me to see them do the things they do to not only you, but to the people of Kusari. They have corrupted this once great house which is something we in the TSK which to fix. I am sure you have heard a great many dishonorable things about the Blood Dragons as a whole, and I sadly to not speak for all Dragons, I can only speak for the True Sons of Kusari. I wanted to reach out to you in hopes of doing business with you in some manner, we have a lot of projects that we have started but do to lack of man power, we are having a hard time getting the right supplies. We are able to get them, it just take a long time for it. We only have two transports, one of which is a Samura Liner which is a mighty ship, but it lacks cargo space. I am not reaching out to try to purchase the ships you have, we would like to get a few from you that is for sure. Right now we have a secret base that is making H-Fuel which we are more then happy to sell to you at a lower price if we are able to have open trade between our two groups.

So the goal of this communication is:

1. Open up communications with our two faction and possibly talk more.

2. Possibly open up trade relations for us both in hopes to accomplish our goals with in Kusari.

3. Damage Samura and Hogosha in a more effective manner to let Bristol thrive.

Good morning,

My name is Esme Blake, Chief of Operations for Bristol Constructions and Manufacturing. I will admit, it was a surprise to find this specific communication today. I have heard much about the Blood Dragons, though it is difficult to parse fact from fiction with the work that Kusari has put in to tarnish any name associated with the old order of things. I would suppose such would be similar to news about Vespucci and the Insurgency, the Hellfire Legion. But I will say that news of the Blood Dragons has reached Bristol through our friendship with Phoenix and their word has a good amount of weight in my eyes.

I would be willing to transfer the coordinates of your base to certain trusted parties within Bristol Constructions and Manufacturing, parties that keep secrets when given, and for them to move Deuterium in when needed, your H-Fuel out so you might make a profit on it. Your problem is cash flow, as I understand how it stands. Other trade relations, well…I expect Bristol to be doing the majority of the work there. You need access to the normal market, after all, and Bristol would be providing that middleman service. As such, I expect those facets of our relationship to be taken on a case by case basis.

As for a more constant exchange, however, I would need certain portions in return. Bristol finds itself annoyed by Samura, Hogosha, and even by the Kusari Navy at times. You hunt all of these at your leisure, of course, but should Bristol give word of a troublesome vessel here or there…I would expect the True Sons of Kusari to remove the offender in a good enough pace. Kusari is not so massive, after all. We’ll provide a location, you’ll provide a certain degree of deniability as well as the removal of a betrayer to your house.

I would hope this would be acceptable, Headmaster, and we look forward to promptly receiving your response.

This is the Headmaster of the True Sons of Kusari, This is something that we can accept. We always are looking for ways to do damage to them and if it helps you and strengthen our relations then, consider it done. If you have a target in mind just reach out to us and we can send a few people to hunt them down. We have had some success as of late so I have high hopes for our people. I will try to get a few of our fighters to keep an eye in Galileo, we are small but if we can keep you all safe then that would benefit us both. As for our base, I will have one of our agents to escort a ship of your choosing to our base. I do hope you are able to keep its location quiet like you said, we cannot afford to lose this location.
