Duty obligates us to submit rather pressing evidence of criminal activity by Rheinland renegades in the Sigma-15 system.

One of our ships recorded the following footage while assisting a routine aluminum mining operation. It was collected by an on-site drone and shows the destruction of a Kruger-affiliated miner by what appears to be an ALG and Bundschuh vessels, assisted by civilians frequently seen operating near Wichter Station:



One person we were able to identify from the group is Dillon Brando, whom research into public base records show as the owner of a modular installation called Eupen Handelsplatz.

Besides this incident, individual Weiss ships have been assailed by pirate vessels heavily in the Sigmas, as well as frequently followed on routes often started in Frankfurt by a group allegedly calling themselves The Platform. In consideration of this heightened concentration of activity, we have grounds to believe the unlawfuls have a base they operate out of in this system.

As an additional circumstance, our Weiss Shipping frigate "Faustische Wette" encountered a group of Technocrat snubcraft, who claimed Sigma-15 space surrounding what seems to be a Sigma-13 jump hole, restricting access. The ships were quickly gone from the area minutes later. We assume they were headed for a base in the area.

Considering this strange concentration of unlawful activity in the general area of Eupen Handelsplatz, we have these grounds to believe they are working in conjunction with enemies of the state and pirates, and are requesting the launch of a formal investigation of the matter.

your report is certainly troubling. The Bundschuh, while willing to assist against the Corsair threat, have gotten increasingly bolder in interdicting resource extraction efforts. As you will hear soon enough from more public channels, we have taken a significant step in countering the Imperio's presence in Luneburg. Now, it may be time for the next phase of the overall initiative. You will find that additional assets will be patrolling the critical sectors, and indeed more will be staged at our installation in the area.

However, I must caution you against making.. hurried conclusions. Let the intelligence services do their work in this regard, and continue to do yours. I earnestly hope that your kapitans will be secure in the knowledge of the newly available assets. But they must not get ahead of themselves with needless accusations. Observe, document, and forward the information like you have done today. Rheinland's security services will handle the rest. If you do not like this answer, then consider the following question: would you prefer to deal with small-scale raids, or a system-wide offensive against Wichter Station, with all that entails?
