Since ze construction phase should be completed in a few hours, I have already carried out an unannounced, superficial inspection of ze construction site. From a distance it was noticeable zat ze structural layout does not correspond to what we agreed on. I wanted a prison station and no 08/15 installation, as we already have too many of zem wizin Rheinland.

Ze statistical surveying office has already told me zat zere was a problem wiz ze construction due to ze Lichtenberg Station. However, I am pleased to see zat you could still adhere to ze desired position conditions. However, ze level of ze station is not what we agreed.

I am zerefore afraid zat you cannot complete ze construction in time. In zis case, a contractual penalty (due to a lack of competitors) would take place.

I understand your concerns regarding the structural layout.

You may be new to how space construction works, so let me enlighten you, Oberrätin von Bommel.

The inner layout has to be prioritised first. This way we can ensure the structural and functional integrity of the station, which should have taken seven days, as per our contract. I can confirm that all the necessary buildings in the station (the storage docks, the inmate processing centre, and the goods production factory) are up and ready for use.

However, the outer layer, composed mainly of hull panels, needs more time to be produced and built onto the station. Thus, the outer layout will take more time.

Regarding the leveling of the station, nothing was mentioned in our contract regarding that part. Thus, any penalties related to that will be considered an abuse from your end.

As for the delay in the delivery of the station, you find me deeply sorry about that. Our company has faced strikes on the construction site, which were quickly dealt with, but was one of the reason why we could not meet the delay that you have asked for.

On the other hand, the other reason of the delay is the poor security the Kaiserreichspolizei Rheinland provided around the station. During its deliveries, the Holstein was attacked by two Hessian cruisers, and not a single ship was to be seen until our transport was almost torn apart. More than that, the only pilot that was dispatched showed restraint, when our ship was clearly in danger. Thus, I believe the penalties you have mentioned should not apply, because of your failure to provide a secure space for our pilots.

Do not get me wrong: space is a dangerous place, and our pilots are trained to face such situations. However, throwing us the stone for not meeting the delay when your duty to secure Rheinland space was not fulfilled, is as unfair as it is low.

As promised, I keep you updated on the delivery: we are finishing up the administrative offices, so the station should be fully ready in around 48 hours. Outer layer will be provided as soon as possible.

please excuse my delayed answer. I had to enforce ze Rheinland modular installation regulations wizin ze Frankfurt system, as people tend to forget zeir responsibilities, when it comes to fee collection. I fully understand ze construction delay, as ze Rheinland Polizei is also in need of capable human resources. However, I have to critice you for letting ze strike arise. Zis is not ze first time, Daumann Heavy Construction has prioritise zeir financial gain over ze healz of Rheinland citizens.

Which brings me to ze hessian incident. We have sent out a single bomber to rate ze situation. Ze Rheinwehr battleship Neptun was already present near ze construction site and you can also see a bunch of ozer Banshees on your own evidence. But I admit, ze SEK leader has maybe underestimate ze situation. Due to ze lack of pilots, I also offered a bonus payments for protecting your ships. Her Majesty herself, ze Kurprinzessin zur Neckar, Freyja Wolf, togezer wiz ze kaiserlichen Kriegsschiff Taurus, have also participated in ze hunt of zose criminals. At least one of ze cruiser has been heavily damaged and ze hessians were forced to retreat.

Too bad I was already on ze way to Frankfurt, when zis incident happened. It would have been a good moment to evaluate ze work of Daumann Heavy Construction regarding ze Kreuzer Chemnitz. Now I have to find ozer test subjects...

I am glad zat you have finally managed to finish ze station. Of course, I understand zat ze Hessians' attack delayed ze completion. I have already spoken to my superiors and we refrain from reducing ze agreed price in zis regard.

Wiz ze successful completion, ze time of an unprecedented paper war now begins. I will surely need ze help of Daumann Heavy Construction again, not only because of ze supply of ze base wiz necessary materials, but also because of my pending request #3, ze construction of defense platforms for zis station.
