Returning player stuck on space station

I decided to return today after not playing for quite a while. My ship was at a space station in Tau-23 (I don't recall which) and am worried that the station may have changed or been removed in a patch. The first time I attempted to launch, I disconnected immediately, and afterwards, I discovered that my ship has been changed to now require a rank 7 engine and had a rank 5 equipped, and the station I'm on does not sell ship parts. The info tab also shows no information regarding the station.

Is it possible to get the character moved to another station where I would be able to purchase an engine to be able to launch?
