Good afternoon,

My name is Hector Booth, signed employee to Shackleton Operations Group, subsidiary to Bristol Constructions & Manufacturing, and I’m reaching out to you concerning a degree of legality within GMG space.

Currently Shackleton Operations Group, in part under my directive, has been operating to bring online a Judicator class cruiser found adrift in the Vespucci system. While this was initially for the purposes of being able to transit the cruiser to the Bering system for proper dissection, at this point in time I have elected to bring the vessel into a near-fully operational status for the purposes of Bristol security interests, namely those in Galileo.

Due to the nature of this event, transits through Liberty house space are deemed unlikely to be approved. As such, a transit from Rheinland space through Sigma-13 and Copernicus is my only other option. I am reaching out to secure permission to do just that.

For the duration of that transit, we are willing to operate with all major weapons systems in a disarmed status, to abide by all GMG issued lawful instructions, and to transit through Sigma-13 only until Helgoland Station at which time the vessel would depart the trade lane in order to transit to Copernicus.

I hope these offered terms are satisfactory and am more than willing to negotiate should further restrictions be deemed necessary by the Gas Miners Guild. I look forward to hearing back from you.
