After some careful deliberation and some background checks we've run on your person, we have taken the decision to welcome you aboard our humble staff. Don't think too much on it - just sign your name and information on the dotted lines, and you're good to go.
EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
This Employment Contract is made and entered into as of today, between ARESTECH.LLC Industries, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws instituted and upheld by the Core, with its principal place of business located at Durban Station, and ........................, residing at .....................
POSITION & DUTIES
1.1 The Company hereby employs the Employee in the full capacity of a member of the workforce within ARESTECH, LLC.
1.2 The Employee shall perform all duties as assigned by the Company, including but not limited to manufacturing, research, extraction, refinement, search and rescue operations, escort duty operations, weapons testing, and distribution of weaponry to the parties that exclusively benefit ARESTECH.LLC, APM and its other subsidiaries if necessary.
1.3 The Employee shall comply at all times with all Company policies, safety protocols, equipment rental agreements and confidentiality requirements. Breaching this agreement will enact Section 5 of the contract, and thus, subsequent termination.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
2.1 The Employee shall receive a stipend of $50,000 SC (minus taxes) per successful weekly shift, with a subsequent monthly erogation of $100,000 SC. This amount is subject to deductions as required by Core law in the event of workspace violations or breaches of contract in the terms of service.
2.2 The Employee may be eligible to request stipend bonuses, stock options, and hazard pay based on performance and operational risks undertaken on a case-by-case basis. A period of at least 30 business days is required to process the aforementioned request.
2.3 The Company shall provide benefits including but not limited to SafeNSound health insurance, public transit access, and access to emergency extraction services where and when applicable.
2.3.1. Employees with physical disabilities can legally request AresTech biotic and cybernetic experimental enhancements. A period of at least 30 business days is required to process the aforementioned request. The employee is requested to return to work after a recovery period of 3 days.
2.4 By signing the contract, the Employee will waive any and all rights to their previously owned insurance services, transferring them to SafeNSound, LTD, and SafeNSound Legal, LTD, both subsidiaries of Cryer Pharmaceuticals.
2.5 ARESTECH,LLC will compensate the employee's close family in the event of a workplace fatality while on the clock, with a monthly erogation of $1,000 SC over the course of twelve (12) months, for a total of $12,000 SC.
2.6 The employee will be able to request a copy of this legal agreement. A period of at least 3000 business days is required to process the aforementioned request.
CONFIDENTIALITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
3.1 The Employee acknowledges that they will have access to proprietary ARESTECH.LLC information, including classified weapons development and trade secrets. Divulging said information will be cause for termination, as per Section 5 of the contract.
3.2 The Employee agrees not to disclose any confidential information to unauthorized personnel, external entities, significant others, relatives, machines, artificial intelligence and any and all other sentient life forms and otherwise.
3.3 Any breakthroughs, advancements and discoveries by the Employee during their tenure shall be the sole property of the Company without exemption. Withholding any new information from uploading it to your daily PDA report log is grounds for punishment, stipend docking, and/or contract termination.
SECURITY CLEARANCE & COMPLIANCE
4.1 The Employee acknowledges that their role may require to execute background checks, run security clearance, and compliance with international arms treaties and foreign resource agreements.
4.2 Any breach of security protocols, whether deliberate or erroneous, may result in legal action and/or termination.
4.3 Refusal to report security mishaps and safety hazards will result in stipend docking or waiver of rights, as per contractual agreement in Section 2, Clause 4.
TERMINATION
5.1 ARESTECH,LLC. reserves the right to terminate this Contract with or without cause, subject to a notice period of 2 days.
5.2 The Employee may resign with a written notice of no less than 332 business days, provided they undergo exit debriefing and security clearance revocation(s).
5.3 Termination for gross misconduct, including unauthorized disclosure, theft of ARESTECH.LLC assets, ToS violations, or failure to adhere to safety protocols, may result in immediate dismissal without compensation.
5.4 By failing to comply to these terms and services, access to Clause 4 of Section 2 will be revoked, and depending on the severity of the situation, we will legally hold any and all rights to your genetic materials, including incineration and/or disposal in open space.
INDEMNIFICATION & LIABILITY
6.1 The Company shall not be liable for injuries, fatalities, or existential anomalies occurring in the line of duty, except where and when explicitly covered by hazard compensation policies.
6.2 The Employee acknowledges that engaging with non-human sentient lifeforms may involve unforeseen biological, psychological, and mnemonic permanent risks.
6.3 The employee acknowledges that ARESTECH.LLC will hold any rights to revoke access to Clause 4 of Section 2 in the event that they partake in hostile work practices, such as unionizing or vandalizing rental company property.
6.4 The employee acknowledges that engaging with belligerent humans may involve unforeseen fatalities.
6.5 In the event that the employee fails or refuses to adhere to the orders and strategies issued by their superiors, ARESTECH.LLC will not be held liable, and thus, the employee's rights for any emergency treatments or rescue operations shall become null and void.
6.6 Reading this contract in full, with a subsequent refusal to sign the contract as well as disclosing the details regarding our operations IN ANY CAPACITY is grounds for legal action, prosecution and the Employee's name and close family members leaking into public bounty boards, to be claimed by Bounty Hunters Guild members or other Core employees.
