Guten Tag meine Herren und Damen,

I'm contacting you on behalf of Weiss Imperial Shipping, a subsidiary of former "RGS". We're asking to get permission for the deconstruction/dismantling of our own Installation "Weissport". The object in question is located within Neu-Berlin, near Essen Station.

Our Reasoning; The Installation does underperform to a degree of resulting in a heavy monetary loss. Including possible tax revenue from Weiss towards Rheinland.

Our plan is to re-use every material while carefully taking it apart. No person who is currently working will be discharged or will suffer from a loss in their wage, every worker will be offered a selection of new positions within Weiss. If a current employee is not satisfied with said selection they will be instead offered to work at Alster Shipyard, Altona or handed a "pay-out sum" according to what they would have earned within the next 12 months. We believe this course of action is satisfactory to those directly involved and affected by our decision to stop operating the Installation.

Afterwards Weiss Imperial Shipping will be able to more freely assist the House Rheinland.
