Ship for sale

When I see "Ship for sale" under "Solars" at the bottom left of the screen,how do I go about buying it?

The "Ship for Sale" Feature is marketing for the station next to it.
When you F9 (Information), you will see the type of ships that the station sales without the need to dock.
Some stations may sell more ships than those displayed outside in "Ships for Sale".
