Assuming you want to post a roleplay and add a image.

First you will need to sign up with a image hosting service. Something like Imgur.

Once you done that you can upload your image to them and they will give you a link.

Copy that link come back here and paste that into your post.

That's the first basic steps after that you will need to size how large you want your image to appear in the post, you can do that with the tools here for posting.
