We believe that our shared interests in countering unlawful scum and maintaining stability in the Sirius Sector may foster a strong cooperative relationship, notably through our prior joint operations, for now, in Omicron region.
The LSS has monitored increased activity from the Corsair-affiliated faction known as Deterrence, which has engaged in hostile activity against Liberty. Intelligence recently intercepted by operatives indicates that your Armada is preparing a siege against the Deterrence installation, a Corsair-affiliated stronghold in Omicron Delta, as evidenced by your communications with Bounty Hunter Guild. We commend your initiative in addressing this mutual threat and seek to align our forces with your operation. The Deterrence installation serves as a critical hub for smuggling, channeling illicit goods through Corsair networks, specially fueling warmonger - Deterrence. This activity directly threatens both Liberty’s and the Core’s strategic interests. Furthermore, [ENCRYPTED] has laid it out plain and simple for us: a Core monopoly over the Xeno Relics trade in Omicron Delta is the way to keep Liberty’s economic interests secure.
To this end, the LSS offers its support for your planned siege, committing tactical expertise and military assets to dismantle the Deterrence installation. In exchange, we request the ARM’s assistance in countering Kusari influence within Core corporation. Kusari-backed activities, particularly even through proxies. This is quite the surprise,
I must say I am shocked, which is not bad, as this rarely tends to happen. Both me and Duke had to say that this comes as a breath of fresh air in the times, when we have the drums of war sounding over our home. As you know, we do have general information from about everywhere, as our friends are all over, and we have heard that you have indeed had to deal with Corsairs, but now seeing what you have provided it does seem like we share some struggles. We, once again, acknowledge the continued cooperation between our organizations in contested regions, including recent joint actions in Omicrons. The value of a stable, capable partner in the Deep Omegas has not gone unnoticed by Liberty. In the spirit of that partnership, we propose a joint operation to secure and explore high-value regions of the Deep Omegas - specifically, sectors previously deemed too hazardous for unilateral operations. Basically our resources are limited, just in time we spotted your movements to Dagger Outpost and believe that help 'em poke the dark will be in spirit of our relations.
One of our agents was able to fly deeper than usual and got visual contact with something which probably appear to be a lost passanger liner. Due to extensive amout of gravitional anomalies it was called back. We verified relatively safe transit route to that location, but will not risk further exploration without full scale support. Plus we have reasons to believe that liner might be known at Dagger due to wrecks of vessels nearby which happened to be a BH/Core origin. We suppose it got some valuable data-cores belonging to Core-affiliated corporations. Retrieving them will benefit us both reputionally and technically.
In that case, primary objective will be: joint recovery of located convoy. Secondary: finalize and verify the secure transit route, with shared cartographic data to be provided to <ARM> upon mission success. LSS will provide a group of gunship and few fighters, plus a proper freighter which will ensure that anything we find will get safe back to Dagger. From <ARM> we might need anchor warship capable of doing in-space R&R for smaller crafts, any else crafts joining the expedition also might be fighter units, gunships at max.
Please confirm operational timeline - which starts at 19:00 UTC, 4th of October, and any additional parameters to ensure seamless coordination. Called Randevu point - Dagger Outpost.

As the LSS has been close to us in times of need, so will ARM be close. We will answer, and we are going to dispatch a fleet to meet with your agents. We do apologize for the late answer, as we have been working quite hard in recent times to pick up everything and to try and finally sort out some of the general issues that we have been dealing with. With all that being said, we are glad the LSS sees a friend in us and calls on us when they need. This transmission serves to formally debrief <ARM> High Command on the successful conclusion of join operation which occured in recent days. The collaboration between LSS and <ARM> operatives in the Deep Omegas has proven, once again, to be a model of efficiency and strategic value.
Attached to this communication, you will find the full After-Action Report detailing the expedition's key findings, including:
- Confirmation of secure transit routes through Omega-43/55/97/Fischer;
- Tactical analysis of persistent Corsair, Red Hessian, Unknown, Zoner patrols;
- Environmental hazard assessment (radiation, gravitational anomalies);
- Recovery confirmation of the primary target: the "Derelict Fischer Anomaly" from the wreck of the gunboat Ensis. [EDITED]The significant encounter with the damaged Kusari battlecruiser IKN-Numazu.

The recovery of the "Derelict Fischer Anomaly" presents a unique opportunity. The LSS is prepared to handle initial analysis. However, given Core's unparalleled expertise in reverse-engineering alien and anomalous technology, a joint research initiative would be the most logical and productive path forward.
We propose the joint Research & development in a form of establishment of a LSS-<ARM> technical team to study the artifact in a secure, mutually agreed-upon facility comparable <ARM> or Core site. In order to fully understand the artifact's properties, origin, and potential applications.

Greetings, this is Duke of the Red Admiral cabinet, and captain of the Lockdown.
I'm glad that the LSS found this cooperation to be valuable, and I can say we too found this be of equal value. I personally owe your group a personal thanks, for making this expedition possible in the first place. Now, I've looked over your report, and I can confirm its accuracy about all the overall data gathered. I would share ours in return, but our head engineer is having trouble making sense of the anomalies and their specific properties. It will take him some time to make a full report with all of the details.
Alien research has always been tedious, I simply ask of the LSS to be patient on this one, it will take us some time before we can make this data translated to "understandable terms." I do find this time worthy of investment into this project, as well as what went into the expedition itself. I'll contact you again once we discover something of interest, or if a full report can be made. If a report can be made on time, I'll grant access to that specific communication, to see the details for yourself.
