1st|LNS-Evolution has been sanctioned for:

2.0 - Every ship must have one ID equipped, and play in a way that represents the role of that ID. Your ID explains what you can do and where. Some IDs have a 'Zone of Influence' (ZOI) where extra actions are permitted. All IDs have a ZOI in systems containing an NPC station of the same affiliation. A player that flies ships outside of ZOI to invite attack from ships that could otherwise not be attacked by the player in question can be considered PVP baiting as explained by this link.
Consequences:
Quoting memes that dated in what's supposed to be an in-character context is not conduct befitting of a naval officer. In fact, it isn't conduct befitting of anyone in Sirius at all. Your battlecruiser felt so horrifically ashamed that it spontaneously disintegrated.
If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Sanction Thread below. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the sanction thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbors, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of Admin Right #CTE 750AE
Due to my inability to comprehend the late player sanctions, i would like to plead my case and ask for the possibility for my ship + equipment to be restored back to my Account. Me and my friends have discussed this sanction, we find this punishment way too severe, so please take the written above into consideration.
-We all know players and factions that break stricter rules, but no such punishments were applied. For 2 "skibidi" sentences to delete a whole ship with its belongings is way too harsh.

Let's take a second look at the rules:

You made a conscious choice to not only interrupt the roleplay of several other players with this nonsense, but also to not roleplay yourself. Driving up to a group of people and saying skibidi rizzler ohio gyatt is not, in any sense of the word, roleplay, and prefixing your messages with your character's name does not change that. We know very well that you know better, are capable of better, and have provided perfectly fine roleplay in the past, which is what makes this so egregious.
The fine was proportional to your total amount of assets. The intent is for it to hurt enough that you reconsider before in behaving this manner in the future, without unduly disrupting your means to otherwise positively contribute to the server and having fun playing the game.
