A quem possa interessar,
My name is Pantalião Vascoguoncellos, purchasing agent with Bristol C&M. We haven’t spoken before, but I’ve heard good things about your group, about what you’ve done in the past, and about what you can do in the future. Call it a hunch, but I also hear that you ladies are a bit more approachable than the Cochrane group. I have a proposition for you.
I require twenty-four atmospheric satellites, around the diameter of a fighter-launched mine, with self-sustained power systems and capable of sustained orbit of 4.165 miles per second. Designed operating timeframe does not need to be longer than a year. The payload for these, which is the reason I am contacting you instead of doing this in-house, will be a passive sensor array able to detect ship emissions from a minimum of 16000m as well as an intersystem communications array.
As far as payment, I’m willing to be flexible as far as Sirian Credits. This is not something that can be waited on. I look forward to hearing back soon.
Wassuh Pants! Good to know our rep is solid, and yeah you right, them executives on Coch would probably put y'all on a wait list. Sucks to be them, we got our own fabs!
Anyway, mine-sized sats, one year op time, passive snooping and comm relay, I'ma go out on a limb here and guess y'all want a spy sat array. If that's the case we got something more specific for ya, has some extra shielding and some juiced up narrow-band transmitters so it has a lower scanner profile plus a special soft package that meshes the whole array together so it can piece together partial pickups.
In either case we should be able to crank out an order of two dozen in a week or so, it'll be a rush order type beat but we can bump ya to the front of the queue. We like creds, for sure for sure, but if ya wanna handle things a lil' different we're running outta your shiny rocks in our fabs, if y'all are interested in running some shipments up to Ontario.
Letcha girl know how ya wanna handle things. Also hey let us in on your snooping, huh? What're y'all up to anyway?

Prezada Chloe,
I’m glad to see the technical skills of the Makersplace weren’t understated. I do think shielding, narrow-band transmitters, and a good software patch are needed, though was more or less hesitant to mention such things. Better to let the expert know what the novice needs, after all, though a programmer I know did sluice-up a system for the very same concept. I believe he may have stolen that from the Hessians or some other group, I’m unsure, but generally it was an interesting concept. Lacked a few key capabilities, though, so I think you will fare much better.
As for the shiny rocks, I’m sure something can be worked out. I believe Tsushima Maru is in the region still and can be brought up soon, especially since her captain is so familiar with the location. I’ll be sure to mention to him that there should be no incidents between his crew and your hackers, but I can promise little.
And for what, exactly, we’re doing…I’ll just say to watch Pennsylvania. You’ll know it when you see it.
Giving ya a poke to check up on our lil' delivery, our babies doing their work alright? Any of 'em gone dark and need replacing? Our fabs can get spun up any time ya need 'em, just sayin'.
Ok well I lied that's not the only reason I'm throwing ya a message. Seeing as you're the one who struck the deal on the whole Penny shebang, I figure you might be interested in some further biz. Made contact with some budding militant group called New Dawn Movement. Looks like they got their hands on some heavy hardware already but it's in rough shape.
Dunno enough 'bout em to say they got the skills but figured I might as well do my fixerly duties and hook both of y'all together, see if sparks fly, yeah?

Prezada Chloe,
The satellite constellation has been working fine, with some exceptions; due to the number requested, however, the overall effectiveness has not been compromised. Smaller systems are easier to break, after all, and Dudley has not been quite so kind to them. I’ve enclosed specifics on issues encountered, however, should perhaps a reworked design ever be required. You need to know failure points, after all.
As to this New Dawn Movement, we has encountered them since your transmission. I think it may be too early to tell exactly how useful they might be in the grand scheme of things, and how amicable they might be to certain businesses. After all, not everyone can be as friendly as you and I. But there is a certain amount of potential there, I admit. Thank you for thinking of me about them, I’m flattered.
Hopefully things go well. If not, we might talk again about them.
