I was able to enjoy the meal quite easily, as it's not the first ti'me I've had to tread this ground. In fact I feel the food helped the matter more than anything.
As.. for your questions.
Ouroboros primarily is a battlegroup fleet-type revolutionary front that consists of a.. litany of vessels that we had left from our departure from Sirius following being forced to abandon our base, FOB Maehara, in the Sigmas around 826 AS. We were, going to stay out of Kusari for a time given our situation but in the intervening months things have stabilized to a degree, and after the.. betrayal of personal friends that I thought would be help in the Libero-Bretonian Borderworlds by deciding that trusting the Kusari state was a bright idea. Never truly know some people, hm?
Anywho. We politically are social democrats at heart, but have come to encompass as we grew to welcome many walks of life, even gaijin, yes - into our ranks, a large tent coalition of progressives and center/left-leaning populists. Whilst we will obviously have our differences with the upper echelons of your faction in a few things, one thing we absolutely have in common is a desire to establish a successor state to the current Kusari state, where the people may choose her future. Whether like back home, the emperor had been a figurehead since time immemorial, serving as the cultural heart of the nation - as the legislature and ministers act to the will of the people, or once more as a leader whom I hope, shall make the right choices for our house to ensure equality, prosperity and justice.
We.. do have some disagreements, namely a desire for recompense from the GMG through conflict - it is our firm belief that the GMG is an illegitimate organization and should be nationalized by force by our house to ensure its' prosperity.. and the desire for justice for Maehara, for the time we lost because of them - by nailing Keiji Namura's sorry carcass to a cross to rot on Miura.
There also is the matter of the Golden Chrysanthemums. But.. my former GC adjutant, who is in our diplomatic section, has, albeit begrudginly, admitted that collaborating with them, at least the main Gen'an sect which is the primary source of our grievances - may be a necessary evil, even though we find their misandrist and caradmine-peddling ways to be absolutely repugnant.. hence, if the TSK is willing to hear us out, we are open to the idea of a state of detente between us and the Gen'an.
As for.. what we desire.
We wish to establish alliance with the TSK, and negotiate the terms of such an alliance. We are lacking in any static presence in Kusari, and our fleet at this juncture is not safe within Kusari's borders at this time. However with this alliance that may calm the waters somewhat to an acceptable degree.
What we seek is:
- Access to and berthing for our personnel transiting in and out of Kusari Space at Blood Dragon installations not considered 'high-security'.
- Support in construction of and defense of a tenative modular installation in the Kyushu system as a headquarters.
- Sales of and maintenance training for all snubcraft constructed by the Blood Dragons.
What we provide in return, meanwhile:
- Dedicated Alert 5 response for emergency support requests where response can be prompt.
- Deployment of OCS Tochigi and our albeit at this time limited gunship and frigate fleet to battlespaces to support TSK operations, alongside snubcraft.
- Dedicated logistical support for TSK operations.
- A gift of 10,000,000 SC.
