A certain incident occured in Magellan earlier this cycle. A militant pilot flying under my name was shot down. They were engaging an enemy we share, and such a fate is a risk we all take. Yet there was a detail that prompts a question or two.

A contact on Cordova shipping platform claims that it was a Xenos pilot that slew our comrade. Is this true? What was the context in which it happened?

Mistakes can happen, it's only pragmatic to expect such things. Yet... should this be taken as such a mistake or a sign of emnity? Concord was planning on deploying what little we have to the area. We shan't if it will lead to similar incidents.

Yes, it was a Xeno.

He was shot down for it by one of ours. I can't speak for what this man may or may not have been offered, because he alleged he was being hired to do it. The Xeno movement is wide reaching and quite diverse, more than you would think it is given our perceived status as highly "xenophobic" - so there is every chance the fool was a mercenary pretending to be one of us.

As Commander, an elected representative, I can speak for the whole of the Alliance. But I can't speak for the uncountable number of pilots who don't choose to associate with us.
