Bonsoir mes amis.
I do hope this message finds you in good spirits.
Please allow me to introduce myself - my name is Emily Riggs. I serve the Unione Corse as an operative for "exotic" acquisitions,
and I find myself in search of a very special ship.
While my current vessel, the "Vache", is dear to my heart,
recent developments in the Omicron and Omega systems have shown she isn't quite up to the task anymore.
It was then that I had the great fortune of hearing a trader speak with glowing satisfaction about a Bulwark class ship he had the pleasure of acquiring from you.
Based on his wonderful recommendation, my bossess have enthusiastically authorized the credits to commission one of our own.
I am utterly convinced that your exceptional and much-admired craftsmanship is exactly what I have been searching for.
I would be delighted to discuss pricing when you have a moment. Please let me know what you may need from me to begin,
and I hope to hear that you might be available for a new project soon.
Due to the natures of this request, I will be handling communications in this matter. My name is Pantalião Vascoguoncellos, nominally a Purchasing Agent for Bristol Constructions & Manufacturing, and in this matter simply an agent.
In looking over the various businesses the Unione Corse takes part in, I would regret to inform that the Bristol Board cannot at this time take the open stance of selling such a vessel as the Bulwark class Heavy Explorer to such an organization. There are a number of other vessels which may be of more suitable class to such as the Unione Corse, and I have no doubt that you are able to identify them.
