Economy, Industry & Finance Minister - Ryuu Majima
Loyalists to the Empire.
I am reaching out to you in both my capabilities as Minister of the Empire and that as Oyabun of the Majima Family within the greater Hogosha Alliance.
As you are certainly aware of, the Republic of Liberty is testing our limits and patience through their unjust provocations and corrupt custom-ordered "court order" and seeks for reasons to escalate the already tense situation between our houses. In official capacities, the Empire neither condones nor endorses the exploitation of Platinum within Galileo by any corporate entities but we do not hinder and unofficially encourage our Keiretsu from pursuing these.
I wish to discuss what it takes for both, other Hogosha families and the Farmer Alliance, to support not just Samura Industry operations but also Kishiro operations within Galileo and not to interfere with the Platinum trade of both Keiretsu in any capacity - excluding of course deals by Captains with questionable intent aiming to or assisting the Republic of Liberty in any way. The Empire should showcase unity in these trying times and neither of us can count on the Republic of Liberty as anything but an adversary anymore.
The Nikkyo Consortium is working with the Sumioshi Alliance to acquire Xeno Relics directly for the Kusari Naval Forces in Kure. from Corsair Partners. Our main priority is establishing a steady artifact supply chain. Currently, we are tied up with the Order blockading the Theta sector. Until we fully supply the Kusari market with Xeno Relics, we cannot divert manpower to disrupt LIberty supply lines in Galileo.
While the Hogosha Alliance is occupied with relic operations, we suggest considering a bribe to Lane Hacker groups —t hey are more reliable in the region than the local Rogues. Asking for help from Gaijins is not our usual way of doing business, but we may make an exception in this case. However, this move is risky — we cannot trust them as much as we would like.
As for the Kishiro Keiretsu, we will not interfere with or disrupt their mining operations, nor will we engage in piracy outside Kusari space. Instead, we will keep an eye on them and ensure they are not targeted by Rogues near the southern borders of Kusari, demonstrating our unity and the solidarity of the Kusari people.
