I am Galen Orden, current standing Minister of Defense of the Crayter Republic, and I speak on her behalf as a representative.
I approach you today with interest of contracting your company in securing a wrecked hull for transport. As per the Treaty of Harris, the Crayter Republic owns the wreckage of the CFV-Helios where it rests in Tau-29 and allowed to lawfully tow it from the system. The Crayter Republic is looking to Samura to seal and secure the two main halves of the Helios in preparation of bringing her home. Once the hulls are secure, lifters will be sent to Tau-29 and transport them to Sabah Shipyard for shipbreaking.

SIGNAL STRENGTH: HIGH TO: Galen Orden Minister of Defense Crayter Republic COMM ID: Karl Kamimura SOURCE: Planet Junyo - Shikoku / Kusari RANK: Director of Samura Heavy Industries PRIORITY ENCRYPTED:High
Dear Minister Galen Orden, Konnichiwa.
In all sincerity, Samura was delighted to receive your letter regarding the CFV-Helios wreckage. We have long wondered why, until now, in our view, the Crayter Republic had not utilized the precious material stored in the Tau 29 space. Well, now we realize that there must have been many reasons why only now has a legal plan been put in place to lift and transport this wreckage back to your homeland and give it due recognition, whether by reusing its parts on other ships or rebuilding it, if that is possible. Samura Heavy Industries is happy to do so, and we hope that whatever your intentions may be, you will be fully successful.
This is a territory and a matter of military responsibility, which requires government authorization for Samura to intervene. Therefore, if the Crayter Republic has already obtained this authorization through diplomatic channels, certainly after obtaining a copy of it to attach to a dossier to be created from that moment, we will be ready to send our engineers and all necessary support to complete this cooperative effort for the purpose mentioned by the honorable Minister Orden.
As a token of our goodwill and willingness, as soon as my secretary transmits this letter to the Neural-Link in your office, I will dispatch a service order for one of our gunboats with a small team of interstellar technicians to Shinkaku Station and park there, awaiting the development of this business and the operational costs that will be incurred at your Ministerial Office's expense. Therefore, regarding the amounts, for which you certainly already have an estimate, we will send you the invoice for payment as soon as we agree on how and when it will be processed.
Therefore, we await the certified copy of the authorization to continue toward the resolution, which I believe, from the outset, on Samura Heavy Industries' part, as I mentioned above, is in good taste.
With the greatest esteem and consideration for the Crayter Republic, I hereby make this known and sign below:.
Karl Kamimura, Director of Samura Heavy Industries
The Republic has seen a completion of a major directive in the northern Taus. The survivors of the Orange Hammer have spent nearly a decade rebuilding themselves from cracked foundations. Going into the next term this gives an opportunity to exploit the available resources of the Republic. Material tonnage salvaged from space is material that you wouldn't need to extract from a planet.
I will have the ministry of foreign affairs make contact through diplomatic channels to confirm their approval and get a bill of affairs to you pronto.
For those we left behind.
Karl Kamimura, Director of Samura Heavy Industries
After contacting Kusari officials through private channels the foreign ministry has provided me with full documentation of the Treaty of Harris. Please refer to chapter 1 section 6 of the treaty below for Kusari allowance of the lawful towing of CFV-Helios. Feel free to direct any questions to me through this channel, Director.
Hereby, the state of war between the Empire of Kusari (further: Kusari) on one side, and the Crayter Republic (further: Crayter) and Natio Octavarium (further: Natio) on the other side, ends.
Kusari will return Barra Anchorage to Crayter.
Kusari recognises the Tau-31 System as a territory of the Kingdom of Bretonia (further: Bretonia) and Crayter.
Bretonia recognises the Tau-29 System as a territory of Kusari.
Kusari has full rights to position a military outpost at the Tau-31 Jump Gate in the Tau-29 System.
Kusari will allow Crayter to peacefully tow the remains of the Helios from Tau-29. Crayter will compensate Kusari with 50,000,000 credits worth of niobium or beryllium, or in currency.
Bretonia will allow KNF ships of all sizes and up to one fleet at a time to be present in the Tau-31 System for the sake of performing action against pirates and criminals or upholding the clauses of this treaty. In exchange, Kusari will cover 50% of the planned cost of the Stokes Station reconstruction project.
Kusari, Crayter, Natio and Bretonia will form a defensive pact against the House of Gallia.
Treaty of Harris, Second Chapter
Neither Kusari, nor Crayter, nor Bretonia, will claim state ownership over the Tau-23 System. Tau-23 is designated a system under mutual protectorate. Any corporations registered in Kusari, Crayter or Bretonia will be allowed to exploit the resources of Tau-23 at their own will and divide them among each other, without state involvement unless there is no other solution. No Gallic corporation nor the Gallic state will have any kind of access to Tau-23. The system's legal tenants have the right to turn such back, arrest, confiscate or destroy. Military forces from Kusari, Crayter and Bretonia may patrol Tau-23 for the purpose of fighting piracy and protecting the system against Gallic entities.
Bretonia will send a list of demands to Gallia. These will include and be limited to:
Gallia is reminded to follow all decisions of the Leviathan Accords, except as said here.
Gallia will immediately extradite Admiral Louis Dupouy, who was in command of the Dax Fleet during the Glassing of Leeds, to Bretonia.
Gallia will immediately notify Bretonia if any surviving legitimate members of the DeFrance dynasty are found in Gallia and extradite them to Bretonia as soon as possible.
EFL will provide free maintenance to all elements of the EFL TLaGs network in New London, Leeds and Tau 31, for the following 10 years.
IDF will rebuild or finance the reconstruction of what prewar spatial infrastructure is left to rebuild in Leeds within the next 10 years.
GMS will finance the colonisation of Planet Carlisle for the next 10 years.
If any of these demands is not met by Gallia, then Kusari, Crayter and Bretonia will place a total embargo on all and any ships coming to and from Gallia.
