Subject: KOI sighting in Colorado

Beginning Encrypted Video Feed

To whom it may concern,

I am Commissioner Weller of the newly appointed Federal Police force, temporarily headquartered in One Police Plaza, Colorado system. A report came into my hands from one of my Cadets not a few minutes earlier, one that contains worrying data regarding a Kusari warship operating within the Colorado system. The warship, identified as IKN-Momi, was spotted about sixteen clicks west of the Echo-3 grid.

The Cadet begun interdiction of the vessel after initiating a scan on it using the tradelane and jumpgate network. The warship's contact returning information upon being inputted into the network automatically means that IKN Momi used the Galileo to Colorado Jump Gate to enter the system, and not the gravitational anomaly located deep within the Alamosa asteroid field. Should the input have provided no result, it would mean that the warship had not used the network during it's stay within the Colorado system.

Unfortunately, Cadet Fujikawa did not manage to get in range in order to get a proper scan of the target. However, the network granted her a solid reading on the ship's class, and her scanner has granted the useful reading of the ship's IFF, belonging to the Kusari Office of Intelligence. The warship escaped through the gravitational anomaly leading to Galileo. Cadet Fujikawa did not give chase into the system.

I understand this is a matter of utmost importance, and that is why this transmission is being recorded and forwarded to all of Liberty's Forces with due haste. I have attached the relevant communications logs and scans below.

I expect that the matter can be taken by the Navy and the Security Force from here.
