Salutations pilots and captains of Sirius,

Myself and the team at the Orbital Rescue Service are pleased to announce that from 11.08.835 A.S. we shall be launching the 'Distress Detection Service' (DDS).

The DDS will notify pilots who subscribe to it's notification feed of distress calls made by vessels in unfortunate circumstances and crisis points where humantiarian relief is needed.

Those good-hearted pilots who aid in ORS efforts will be rewarded appropriately in due course.

Fly safe pilots. It's dangerous out there.

Its good to hear word of people out there taking a stand on doing 'what is right', over doing 'what is profitable'. Even if your corporate overseers may not.

We have ships to spare assistance around Rheinland and its outer regions to those in need, but that may not stop some of us from going the extra step.

There isn't a blockade too secure or threat too daunting to stop our ships from getting through, hope is a rarity that people hardly have these days, we'll help as best as we can to deliver it.

On behalf of Junkers, me and the GK| will answer the calls for Distress as well.
We Junkers know and value the importance of family! Therefore is it of the utmost importance to answer when distressed pilots call! Pilots are Fathers, Mothers, Sons and Daughters in Distress! They must be reunited with their families!
We also know the value of a good ship, and the dangers that the Sirius, Gallic and Outer systems pose to pilots and their ships! Our swift repair and salvage team will make sure that all distressed ships that can be saved, will be saved. If not, repaired or salvaged, so the pilots are reimbursed from the salvage.

Ship Identification: 'Acosma'
Class: 'Regent' Luxury Yacht

The 'Acosma' has been radio silent, not checking in with traffic control, for several hours and has failed to keep to it's registered flight path.
The vessel was last seen heading towards the Von Rohe Belt from Solaris Station.

ORS vessels are unable to reach Omega Eleven in time, and given the dangerous environment of the system the situation may be critical.

ORS requests support from any parties able to reach the system and conduct a search within the next two hours.

Please notify ORS of the results of any search.

Hello!
Our Liner and Its fighter escort got to the Acosma. It was in the gravitational well of that bastard Red Giant in Omega 11. No engine power, Hull badly damaged, communications barely working and garbled, but the crew and passengers were okay.
It started leaking fuel and any tractor maneuver would've been disastrous! Any clamping attempt might set off a chain reaction to blow up the entire ship and possibly everyone around it. What I suspect is some brave crewmen managed to repair or shut off the fuel conduit that was leaking. The captain squeeze some garbled messages and after we clamped it and pulled it out of the gravitational well. That bought us some time to start securing a docking tunnel.
Once the passengers were safely transferred on board; the captain of the Acosma sent over two shuttles with the entire crew.
Brave, foolish Hero. Went down with the ship.

We would've set route to Baden Baden to return the crew and passengers, but the self proclaimed owners of Omega 11 must've got the Distress call as well. Aren't your communications coded against interception by Red Hessians? Cause they brought an entire war party there! Gunboats, Fighter escorts, Cruisers and their own Liner. They came in force, guns ready.
Me and the responders had no choice but to surrender the passengers to the Hessians, under threat of death. What can I say, expect ransoms and notify the KPR.
The GK| will continue to answer the ORS Notifications, and we will make sure nobody threatens us or our wards.

Responded to DDS alert regarding lost contact with the "Acosma" in Omega-11. Engaged Coalition/Hessian/LWB forces during rescue attempt, or rather preventing pirating, providing you a guncam footage if that any helpful. Successfully neutralized one Coalition fighter but forced to withdraw due to overwhelming enemy presence. Recovered escape pod containing Bessie, left her at Freeport 1, she probably will do well, while I had to go immediately. By the way, if you going to pay bounties - she got that kill. All passengers hijacked by Red Hessian forces; suspected en route to Vogtland base for ransom or worse. Recommend immediate mobilization for recovery op... Or just relatives of hostages should prepare some money.

Took the initiative and tried to find a weak ling among Coalition/Hessians who participated in that day, but that happened to be just another silent maggot killed. My apologies, but I did everything I could.
