My name is Siara Solatra. I'm one of the freedom fighters for the Pennsylvania system--I ran refugees past the blockade to rescue them from the Navy once, to bring them to Planet Erie. Then, later, I returned with the New Dawn Movement to fight against the oppression of the Liberty Navy against the people who call this system their home.

I'll cut to the chase. Earlier today, a message was received on Erie militant channels, sourcing from the Governor of the "Pennsylvania Protectorate," Mike Davis. In this message, he thanked the militants for their violent resistance. He admitted that "many initiatives would have been far more complicated, if not impossible," without us fighting back, and claimed that we've "put them ahead of their schedule by years." Read-only access to transmission channels to follow, as evidence to back up my claim.

This is not going to stop. The violence Liberty is inflicting against Pennsylvania and her people is only going to escalate from here. And it's not going to stop with Zoners. He has in this message admitted that the assimilation of Planet Erie into Liberty is all part of an agenda--one that they not only expected violence from, but are actively capitalizing upon, to systematically strip away the rights of the people of Pennsylvania.

None of you believe that "integrating Erie into the socio-economic fabric of Liberty" means that they wanna protect the lives of the people that live here. You all know that they framed Zoners for destroying that satellite, justifying Operation PESTICIDE. You know that they're calling anyone who resists "terrorists," and rounding them up into internment camps. And you know that this is all a prelude to much worse.

Anything that works on Planet Erie, they will use everywhere else. If they think that they can get away with forcefully integrating populations and rounding up undesirables, then they will start using those tactics elsewhere. It's not just going to be Zoners--it's going to be Libertonian families that express dissatisfaction with the regime. It's going to be people that think that their wars are wrong. It's going to be anyone that dares to disagree with the status quo.

Opposing this isn't terrorism--it's moral duty. You know that what they're doing is wrong. Are you going to just stand back and let them strip away your rights, one by one?

I'm not. We're not. We, the Zoners of Pennsylvania, are fighting back against this not because we hate the people of Liberty, but because if we don't fight back, then that's as good as saying that we accept what they're doing to us. And I'm sure every single one of you can agree that if you were in our position, then you would do the same.

Governor Mike Davis, we're not going anywhere. We're not going to allow you to keep rounding up and killing us. And we're not going to let you get away with using Erie as part of Liberty's political ambitions. Free Pennsylvania!
