Greetings.

The 34th Brigade hereby requests additional information regarding the following groups:

• The Platform - Bundschuh cell - Contacts with suspicious persons/groups before July 835 A.S.
  
• Section 8 - The Order unit - Contacts with suspicious persons/groups before July 835 A.S.
  
• Crayter Republic - State located in Coronado and Tau-44 systems - Previous contacts with The Order.
  

In the case of Section 8 and the Platform, we are interested in contacts with organizations hostile to the Order, sympathetic to the alien threat of the Nomads, or directly with the Nomads themselves. In the attached files you will find reports that cause us concern regarding both groups.

In the case of the Crayter Republic, we need to know the current status of the Order and previous contacts with the Order against the backdrop of growing tension in the Coronado system, which is caused by events on the planet Sudbury, spilling over to the planet Jericho.

Hail Captain Helson,

The Bundschuh have been stalwart allies throughout the decades and one of the few organizations throughout Sirius truely aware of the threat posed by the Nomads. Contact with the Platform and the Overwatch has, admitively, been far and few between but they appeared accomodating in their recent communication. That said, we did receive a warning from two Bundschuh pilots when the Platform first started to take prominence within their organization. We would be foolish to simply dismiss such warnings. Our recommendation would be to afford them a degree of trust as earned by years of friendship but don't drop your guard, If they truely are working with the Technocracy we should consider them spies at best and enemies at worst.

Section 8 is equally controversial, most information is classified as it is pure speculation with little hard evidence. They have shared information with the Overwatch before but have also occasionally held information back. Suffice to say trust between this specific cell and the Overwatch is low. Do not trust them with sensitive information or rely on them in combat if you can avoid it, it is unlikely they would attack another Order agent but why take the risk when you can afford not to.

The Crayter Republic and the Order have long since gotten along, tensions rose when Crayter turned against their long time allies IMG, but didn't escalate into hostilities. There have even been several combined operations over the years, such as the assault on the Drake system and the excavation on Jericho. As far as House like entities go, you can trust them fairly well.

You mention expectations of Sudbury spilling over to Jericho? Do you have any evidence that would suggest such a connection?

EVIDENCES

The Sudbury investigation was launched on February 10th of this year. These events coincide with the return of a key figure in our unit, Koji Yasu, to the ranks of the 34th Brigade.

He put forward a theory that all the events in Omicrons and Sirius are interconnected and can give us answers to many questions. Among these questions, although not officially documented, were themes about Blackout event, Daam'Kvosh and the Nomads connection with them.

The investigation began immediately, and we carried out the following work:

1. Setting up orbital probes in the orbit and on the surface of Sudbury.
   
2. Setting up orbital probes in the Coronado system.
   
3. Surveying the Tau-61 system.
   

The goal was to predict further developments in Sudbury and observe where exactly the beam was flying. The indicators from our probes in Coronado made it clear that the beam was moving in the direction of Coronado, to be precise - in the direction of the planet Jericho. 34th Brigade had already immediately transferred its combat forces and a number of specialists, as well as Koji Yasu himself, as the main investigator of all the events taking place.

Also, our unit's forces were attacked by the Technocracy in the Cortez system, while a scientist was being transported from Ontario to Coronado. With the help of the 341st Wing, we were able to repel the attack and escort the scientist to the Barrier Gate safe and sound.

You can find all the information in the attached files below. Koji Yasu also insists that the Order's forces conduct an immediate review of all data on planets or objects with Daam'Kvosh structures for further monitoring. He believe that the events of the Blackout led to the spontaneous (or planned) activation of a number of structures of the ancient civilization. And he's also inviting Order Overwatch agents and scientists to the Coronado system.

Thank you for your prompt response, sir. We also need Overwatch's help on the following issue.

Dante Flintlocke, have connected us in May 20, with request of upgrading sensor systems of his ship, so-called "Darkhorse". We have completed all inspections of the ship as early as May 31st and have contacted Eclipse Vanguard regarding the provision of dry docks for the refitting of this Zoner ship. However, we have not received a response from them, and delaying the matter with the captain may deprive us of a valuable ally in matters of exploration of those worlds that we cannot reach for one reason or another.

I hereby request your assistance in resolving this matter. We have neither the resources nor the authority, and sending the captain and his ship to the Carthage Shipyard. It would be highly inappropriate and even dangerous after the events in Omicron Mu and Omicron Zeta.

Also, Gaian named himself "Flora" contacted us regarding cooperation in the Vespucci system. She mentioned Overwatch as someone she had previously negotiated with. We would need more information on what was discussed between you and them in order to understand the full context for developing relations with their communities in the Atacama.

Negotiations with the Gaians are ongoing, they are providing shelter for the Atum after its latest assault on the Wyoming. Rest assured once any results are reached the entirety of the Order will be informed. For now try not to antagonize them, we have always maintained a pretty neutral relationship with the Gaians. With the Nomads now spreading in Vespucci we might end up needing eachother significantly more than in the past.

As for the ship of this Flintlocke fellow, Fort Carthage is working overtime to repair as many ships as possible after the dual assault on Zeta and Mu, as you well know, what exactly would this captain offer us in return for slowing down these repairs, let alone fitting it up with our advanced scanning systems?

In the attachments provided they blatantly state they intend to withold any information they deem too 'dangerous'. Nor do I see any guarantees to prevent our technology from falling in the hands of our enemies.

Please provide additional information, as of right now with what information I have at hand I can only classify this as a low priority at best and a security risk at worst.

At this time, we are sending an internal report on the tactical situation in the Coronado system. Commander Waldemar Otto has every reason to believe that it is necessary to establish contact with the LSF and Crayter for further work on the planet Jericho and set a defensive perimeter around it.

If Crayter was working with the Order, then such issues cannot be resolved without Overwatch. In the event of negotiations commencing, 34th Brigade Headquarters requests "read-only" access so that we can respond immediately to any developments.

As I mentioned before we have worked together with the Crayter Republic in the past.
We have done so with the LSF as well albeit more sporadically, admitively the latter hasn't always been particularly pleased about it either, but the Liberty government has been open to cooperation.
I have sent a transmission to their respective representatives, for now assume you are operating alone when caught in the open. Better safe than sorry.
Once I receive their responses I will let you know and provide read access should anything constructive come of it.

Of course I will be informing them of such as well should it come to that.
