[Equipment] Buying an unusable HF upgrade does not display it in cargo

Bug: If you buy an unusable ship upgrade, It does not appear in inventory. Your credits are withdrawn and you get the audio notification "Mounted".

Reproduction Steps:

• Step 1: Buy HF
  
• Step 2: Go buy an unusable (greyed out) ship upgrade (Reactor)
  
• Step 3: Credits are expended, audio notification "Mounted" yet no Reactor in Inventory.
